None of the appliances worked, the prperty was outdated

Place was run down worse than some of the Sacramento downtown area motel 6s night clerk gave us two rooms that people were already in third room was actually unoccupied but very run down and dirty

Liked location didnt like it was dirty white socks were black within a hr of wlaking around room stains on ceiling stains on floor. Lounge chair was disgusting and dirty light switchs dirty micor wave handle was gone as well micro didnt even work

This place should be shut down.

We requested a downstairs room due to my wife being disabled. We also told them and paid extra for our dogs. When we first checked in, they tried to put us upstairs (no elevator). I corrected them and they assigned us a room downstairs. Then as I started to leave the lobby, he called me back asking if we had dogs. Well, yes. We paid for them. He took the card key back and said he had to change our room. We were in a downstairs, terrible room. Looks like they tried to paint the bathtub, grout was painted to hide mold, dresser had strange holes in it. The refrigerator froze everything even after turning it down. The corners of carpets were torned up. Our dogs are clean, bring their own blankets and beds. We've stayed here serveral times before and it was always nice. We most likely will not be back. We're sad.

Not even sure if the sheets had been washed. The tub was disgusting. We were too much of a rush to complain or look for other accommodations but will never stay there again.

Just the person behind the desk when I arrived, totally inappropriate.

Had to request multiple times to get towels. Bath tub was spongy feeling Room was shabby

Dirty, mold, holes in the wall. Genwrally unpleasant.

Not a good place to stay

Very dirty . My tub felt like I was in a waterbed standing up. The tub not to mention was rotten and the caulking coimg up MOLD all towles and sheets dirty staff acts like tbwy dont know English you switched to dirtier room with no blanklet on the bed i slept for a night in cold ass reno and he gave a a fitted sheet and two dirty pillows i didn't ask for and they were yellow

Ok so the people were great but room needed work. Was told they were under new owners and were working on it. They moved me rooms without questions when there was a problem with water only being hot and worked when there was a leak from the upstairs room. Good for the stay i had

No EV charging, good value for the price

Tub was disgusting ! Carpet old and dirty. No chargers in room.

Waited for 38 minutes before someone even came to the desk to help us check in. The pillows were smelly, linens were ragged and rug was very stained. NO blankets and no answer at front desk to try to get one. Bed was comfortable and the furniture was in good condition.

The place was dirty, the sink was stopped up and the location was not great.

Dirty, rundown and smelly! What a disgrace to Wyndham! Never again! I woukd like a refund as my husband and son left in the middle of the night due to the condition of the room and smell.

Only concern is that the bottom sheet didn’t look clean. I could see an effort was made.. The motel is also a ways from good coffee or breakfast.

Hotel needs a lot of work. Staff was not professional. Room was nasty, walk had blood on, towels and bedding were old and looked grayish color instead of white, and need to be replaced, curtain was stained and wrinkled, lamps didn’t work, bathroom was not clean properly and bathtub was old and dirty. Hotel needs to be renovated or close down.
