Our room was given to some else we had asked for a king size bed , we had to settled for a room with two queen beds , the room smell like mold had to spray the whole room with Lysol horrible

breakfast was good ..
only thing i was there when fiesta was going on and people were parking in the parking that didnt even stay there luckily i didnt move my truck ! other then all good

Good location. Walkable to River Walk. Old run-down property, poorly maintained. Dirty floor and trash spread in parking lot. Coffee machine at breakfast was not working. Smelly room and spots on linen. Will not stay there in future.

I can accept many things but the floors clearly haven't been cleaned in a long time. I took a shower and stepped out and after getting dressed i needed to rewash my feet! It was sticky.
