Very convenient to I-55 and Midway Airport. Clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Price for 2 Queens was best I've found in a very long time. Highly recommend this facility if you're needing a hotel in the Midway Airport vicinity. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Beds were awful. Someone set the alarm that went off the first morning. Refrigerator want working. The door to the fridge was about to fall off. Elevators broken. No microwave in the room the one in the commons area was disgusting. Ice machine broken. Bathroom was not clean. Had to ask for washcloths.

This is a nice property but not a nice hotel. There is basically no staff and it shows. Room service didn’t bring my order to me, they told me I had to go to the restaurant to pick it up and automatically gave themselves a tip for it. The convenience shop by check in is out of stock on everything. When I told them I needed to stay a second night I had to come back 3 different times to get this done. The first time the person refused to do it because they had a line at the desk, the second time they said it was sorted. Then the third person said the second person had been lying and no additional time was reserved. Just incompetence all around. La Quinta would have been fine and DoorDash would have brought my food to me. I regret paying for what I thought would be a nicer experience.

The room we were given wasn't cleaned up after the previous guests' stay. We found stinky pillow covers and bedsheets, used cups in the room, hair on the bathroom floor, used soap. It was disgusting to say the least. We were given a different room after we complained about it, but this could've easily been avoided in the first place.
