Delta Hotels by Marriott Indianapolis East

Check in was quick and efficient. The room was very spacious and clean. Every comfort was provided. We had an issue of a clogged sink and was immediately issued a different room, a discount and free breakfast. Nothing to complain about there. Floor was very quiet, walls thick enough to not hear from the next room. Breakfast was amazing, with a large variety of foods. Checkout was as easy as checking in. Very pleasant hotel and would stay again if coming back to Indianapolis. Highly recommended. Nice area too, and close to highways. Stores and restaurants nearby!

The hotel was clean and well-appointed. We were assigned an occupied room, but the manager quickly resolved the issue as their system had been down just long enough for something to happen. He was outstanding and provided tickets for a free breakfast buffet.

It was very modern. The only thing I noticed was a little bit of hair in the bathroom floor as soon as I walked in. In other words it wasn’t mine.

The building and rooms look very nice but I felt the floors could be cleaner.

I asked for a property that included breakfast. This place did not have breakfast included. You have to pay for it.

Everyone was so friendly, and the area was lovely and convenient to get to and from.

Elevator was broke. Put us on 2nd floor. Had to carry everything up a flight of stairs. Was there for convention so we had heavy coolers we had to carry up stair. Breakfast sucked all they had was waffels, cold eggs, cold potatoes, shriveled up sausage, nothing to drink.

Elevator was broken. I bought breakfast but couldn’t use it because it didn’t open until 7 am and they refused to refund. We arrived during a thunderstorm and I was told I had to run back out in the storm and place a parking pass on my dash or my vehicle would be towed. Bathroom pocket door would not stay closed and no way to latch it.

This hotel is so clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Love it here

Worst stay I've ever had. Was placed in hall with a bunch of kids. Didn't sleep at all due to the noice. It was awful. The young man at front desk is the only reason I didnt leave on Saturday.

Prior to booking our stay i read the first few reviews and saw they were great, but i wish i wouldve kept reading further down the list. First problem is the door to our room was basically falling off its hinges. We had to physically lift our door to get it to close. The deadbolt did not work either. The room itself was comfy, the bed is one of the best ive slept in at a hotel and we do travel a lot. The bathroom was beautiful, but the toilet was so close to the shower your leg was touching the shower door when going to the bathroom. The water pressure was horrid in the sink as well. You had to pay to park, which isnt ideal, but its only $10 so not bad. You also have to pay for breakfast, $11.99 per person. For that price you would expect it to be more quality, it was not. The top of the eggs were crusty. The sausage was water logged. The canadian bacon was dry. The coffee wasnt the best. Minimal food options outside of that. Definitely not worth 11.99. We were planning to eat at the bar onsite the night we arrived, and the bartender told us that the food wasnt really food, mostly microwave stuff, and that we should walk over to the Marriott next door to have dinner. Which we appreciated, she even walked us over there, it was quite a treck. The halls of the hotel are kind of trippy when youre walking down them since its so shiny but also a dimly lit hall. As you walk down the halls as well you'll notice that various rooms are missing their numbers, which is weird considering.

Everything was great. My only comment is how low the toilets in the rooms sit. I was traveling with my mother who uses a walker at times but primariky just a cane. We really dont need handicap accessible rooms and never had an issue before but i even found it ackward on how low they sat.
