The first room we reserved, the toilet was not working so they moved us to another room and the shower and toilet was also not working. After we stayed the first room we were told that we needed to move back to the original room because the room was reserved. It was a huge inconvenience for us. Management was not very nice and didn’t seem to care that we were being inconvenienced. Hotel needs a lot of work and won’t be staying there again soon. Tried to get some money back and they would not give us any since we booked through here

The day was fine until the whirlpool tub started cycling every 15 min after it was off and no water in it for 2 hours. Staff was notified and tried to help and just lever the room it happened for another 30 min after stalk went downstairs did check in with us to see if everything was ok.

The room was way over priced and the hot water didn't work in the jacuzzi tub. Additionally the sauna kept turning off. And the worst thing was the bed sheets had not even been changed in so.e time from the way they looked and smelled.

The hotel is falling apart. The room was definitely up to par for $180 a night. I attempted to speak with the front desk staff but they weren’t interested in hearing that I hurt myself on their tub or that their shower was moldy…..I could go on and on.

This property was awful the staff was unfriendly didn’t care about the fight that was on second floor when reported. Didn’t do anything about it. The pool wasn’t offered. Breakfast was terrible. The toilets in the rooms was so small seemed like they were for a toddler. Susan Beranek

The room was not bad and offered a good lineup of tv channels. It was handy to multiple restaurants. I was pleased and would like to stay there again sometime. I was most impressed about being able to check in a few minutes early; sometimes this presents a problem, but not this time.

Very much enjoyed our stay. We had the mexican restaurant next to the hotel and it was really good. The room was very cozy ans we enjoyed the shower tub and sauna combo with the nice ceiling lights. It could use an uodated tv, but we would definitely stay again

This hotel is run down, the rooms are themed and when you turn on the lights you see the flaws. Our bedding had holes all over it. The bed was as hard as a rock. We were supposed to stay two nights and only stayed one because the bed was like sleeping on concrete.
