The two room attendants, one man and one woman, were screaming all morning in Spanish outside the room since 6am with no regard to anyone sleeping, and also were talking badly about me and my girlfriend just because we were trying to enjoy our Valentine’s Day. My girlfriend speaks fluent Spanish and could fully understand them disrespecting us right next to us as we headed into the elevator to leave

We enjoy staying at the Double Tree hotel but we chose the wrong weekend to go. There was a dance competition all weekend that caused chaos and clutter of people with no organization. The location they had the dancers practice we could hear the music from our room. Little kids running around taking up every corner and space in the main areas of the hotel leaving no space for others everyday we stayed there.

Reserved for a funeral. Came in from out of state only to find out that there was no service the following day so didn't need the reservation. Called to cancel the reservation which had been made on hotels(dot)com only 20 hours earlier and was told "no refunds/no exceptions". I'm accustomed to being able to cancel inside of 24 hours and get a refund.

Not friendly when checking in. We were staying in a family room for 6 guests, we called down to request additional towels as we only had 3 towels in the bathroom they told me to find someone in housekeeping. Went to the front desk and asked for them and was told they would be brought to the room. No towels arrived. The staff doesn’t care what takes place and allows guests to run around. While I know it’s the parents fault for this, the staff still did nothing to correct the situation. 10pm and we had people running down the hallway and knocking on the door. A shame… the place used to be so well maintained!

Rooms definitely need some TLC/upgrades but ours was very clean. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Pool was nice for my kids but closed early on Sunday. Parking was right by the door which was great. Convenient location.

The staff was wonderful. They were just as frustrated as I was by the hotel guests. Kids throwing wrappers everywhere, sticky hand prints on doors and windows. My daughter and I were there for an important meeting not for fun, so we ended sleep. After driving 7 hours to arrive, we were across the hall from a family that allowed the kids with them to hand out in the hallway. Out door was not aligned correctly so there was a gap that allowed us to hear everything. Doors slamming, foul language directed at their kids- it was unreal. However, I didn’t want ot ruin their fun, so at 10pm, we knew we just needed to leave.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room layout was great for our family of 5 with two double beds and two toddler size beds (fit my 2yo and 6yo great. Room service was quick and a plus. Room was clean, but tub was worn and could use replacement (chipped and cracked making it appear dirty). Having the waterpark next door was a blast for us. Unfortunately, the pool was closed the day we checked out for some reason so we couldn't see that to review.

Checked in about 515pm. Was told to head right to pool as it will be paxked. Went to pool immediately and it was closed. Went to front desk was told need to wait meanwhile everything closes at 7pm and its not 630. Went to arcade until 7pm they closed water oark closed buffett closed on a busy school vacation. Then no accommodations were offered. So for 163 snd to swim 45 min was not worth it. I go here all the time for years and this was by far worst. Left first thing in morning. Everyone was rude.

I never leave a poor review. First for everything.. We checked in around 615pm for a 1 night stay with the kids. Drove almost 2 hours to use the water park I even called and confirmed and when we got there they closed at 7. Arcade closed also. When hours online were open until 9pm. So we went to use pool and someone had pooped in it so we had to leave until cleaned. Once cleaned they allowed us in around 745. Apparently at 8pm they had to let the line of other people use the pool because they were at capacity.. so we were told we had to leave. It made zero sense and the kids were bummed. Then we went to the restaurant things seemed great, server was great. Got back to the room and my son and husband were throwing up for 3 hours they both ate fish and chips. So we’re assuming bad fish. We gave up at the point and left. Won’t be back.

The hotel became chaos at the beginning of February break and it was disappointing with lots of unsupervised children, poop in the pool and patrons smoking substances in their rooms. A snow storm hit and many vehicles were missing their bumpers after the plow trucks came through.

Semi-divided room for parent and kids separation was good. Pool was ok. Mini fridge aas useful. Room had an empty bottle behind kids bed and cheerios under an ottoman. Tv was just directtv with a 90s scrolling guide channel and 30 channels of pharma ads.
