They took care of any problem ASAP. The food was excellent. Great Breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean. The employees were always helpful. The Hotel was surrounded with many great restaurants.

This was a really horrible stay for us. The first night we got there, one of the elevators was broken so it took about 15 minutes just to get up to our room. When we got to our room, the door was broken and we weren’t able to lock it. Instead of giving us a new room, we had to wait for maintenance to come up and show us a temporary fix to lock it for the night. They ac was SO LOUD in our room and didn’t seem to be working. There was no room service while we were gone all day on Saturday so we came back to no towels and an unmade bed. The whole place was humid and had no air. I would definitely not recommend this hotel for the price.

The stay was okay overall, but it didn’t feel worth the price. Unfortunately, we were woken up multiple times during the night—around 1 and 2 AM—by loud shouting. I understand there’s an open area for guests to socialize, but the noise echoed through the hotel and made it difficult to sleep. Implementing quiet hours would really help improve the experience for those who are trying to rest.

No working elevator unsupervised kids no staffing did anything open bar in lobby extremely loud until after 2 am when bar closed rooms face lobby right over lobby and bar the only good experience was the young maintenance man was amazing

It was ok. Windows were dirty and spiders all on the outside. Not the view I was expecting. Bathroom shower door kept opening and water went everywhere. Lights on the bed did not have an off switch.

When we arrived early with the intention to ask to leave our bags, there was no one at reception. When a woman finally appeared her first words were its too early to check in. No good morning no welcome to the Hilton. Very unwelcoming. Then we were charged for breakfast when our booking through Expedia included breakfast. When I spoke to the manager Christine she initially said that I would have to follow that up with Expedia it was nothing to do with them. When I prompted her to take a further look into the booking, she told me to come back in half an hour. When I came back, I showed her my booking confirming it included breakfast she said she would sort it out and refund the charges. She gave me a voucher to show for breakfast the following mornings. They have not refunded me my $38. I have sent them an email 4 days ago. I have had no reply and no refund. I am very disappointed in Hilton. This is an international hotel chain. Very unprofessional attitude. Very poor customer service. Reception could do with some meet and greet training.

The door to the room was hard to open and close. The AC in the room didn’t work and leaked all night. When mentioned to a worker no apology was given, they just “wrote it down in a book” and went on with their day. Terrible customer service

Air didn’t work in the room 229. Bathroom dated but bed was comfy if you like sweating in 75 degrees. Went to use the microwave downstairs in the morning and the handle was greasy. Three counters to check in but lucky if even one was open. Fountain needs a good cleaning.

Our room was filthy. My kids wore their sandals in the shower it was so gross. There was even tape left on the wall from a sign that was hung prior to us checking in.

Old building, lobby smelled like chlorine from the pool, no cookies offered, second day bed was not made, no creamer, sugar, shower floor looked dirty. Parking was full, had to park across the street and pay for parking. We couldn’t find any kitchens opened after 10pm, only bars in that area.
