The hotel was very busy due to a concert in the city. Our room was not ready so we had to wait past check in time. The hotel was completely sold out so we had to keep the room on the higher floor.
My husband called the front desk for a blanket to be sent to us and on our bill at checkout was a bill for telephone use????

Other than the air conditioner that didnt seem to work right, the place was well worth the price. Its close to everything. I would stay there again.

Room was hot and didn’t really cool, valley service was forced and we were never able to request our car with our ticket due to the fact that they were to busy, So we had to wait forever for them to get our car.
During check in their system was down so I had to pull cash out of the atm for the room.

Room was not cleaned properly. Hair on shower walls and floors. We also found plastic pieces on the floors. Our view down to the pool showed dirt settled on the bottom. This place just needs an update to keep up with what we expect from a large Marriott

Everything was wonderful except for the parking situation and the lack of signs with directions or arrows to help navigate the parking maze. The spiral parking entrance was terrifying! We did express our horrible experience at the desk and they did give us free valet parking which helped so much.

Staff was amazing. What wasn't amazing was rhe gap around my door to my room. It felt unsafe and I could hear everything in the hall and im sure whom ever was in the hall could hear me. The bathroom could use some refreshing. Other wise the property was nice and clean and the pool was nice. The staff was welcoming and accommodating.
