Clean and nice

the location was great.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

To start, the hotel is very old. The hotel is definitely in need of a renovation. The parking is ridiculous. If you do not get a space right in front, you have to walk a long way from the parking lot to the hotel. As a woman, traveling alone, that is very scary. Last, but not least, Michael, who worked the front desk was one of the rudest employees that I have ever encountered in any industry, But specifically in the hotel industry. He was rude, condescending, and very difficult to deal with. I heard him treat other customers in the same way, other customers were complaining. I will never stay there again.

I loved the cookies this was the first time i have had them & they were to die for! Staff was 10/10. Parking was great & it was a great location.

Loved the hotel, they still have daily housekeeping which is kind of rare these days. They don't put drinking glasses in the room though and that was irritating but not a deal breaker.

We did not Make it to the hotel for my uncle funeral because our flight was delayed for 8 hours. The flight delay snowballed into missing his entire funeral and being there for our family! Never again will I book with Expedia due to the horrendous emotional experience! You are not alone! Southwest Airlines, Fox rental car and United Airlines are included in this horrible experience!!! Never again!! But you still want me to rate your hotel that we Never were able to be at!!! How about a refund For pain and suffering for this terrible time??

Property aging and showing wear and tear. Hallway carpet torn, wall paper in rooms peeling. More than just a couple of hairs in the bathroom

Pet friendly and very comfortable. Convenient location. Great pool, hot tub, and deck. Only complaint was variable water temperature.

The property it is located in a bad area. The property needs updates. The gym can use a good cleaning. The hotel could offer at least free bottle water. Overall bad experience.

Not regarding property but since there was no other space for this comment - did not appreciate the 3 "housekeeping" knocks around 8:15 when checkout is 11.

I would never stay at this property ever again. There was a wedding party staying at a suite across from my room. They had the music blaring apparently per front desk because the wedding planner from the hotel told them they could play their music loudly. And everyone staying on that floor had to basically suck it up and not sleep for the night.

Called housekeeping because we needed extra blankets and substitutes for a down comforter but it took five calls. Finally later the evening we got it - and tv was broken. Called twice and nobody came to fix it.

The pool and hot tub where clean and warm

Air conditioning barely worked, and the television was fully non-functional. Front desk staff were incredibly unhelpful, and even rude. The rooms and common areas all look very nice, but it’s very skin-deep. Hardly worth the cost
