The warm cookies were great! I recognize when booking via hotels.com we usually get a lesser desirable location in the hotel. Great stay though enjoyed the live band. They had on-site food service, bar ans happy hour!

The staff was really nice, the property needs some update, shower knob hard to turn on and off, water still dripping after turn off, free parking but no breakfast. Price was cheaper than others hotel.

Off season it's a great deal. Comfortable quiet room and staff was nice. Although the room was clean and overall nice, there's a little wear. But not much. Had to call maintenance for a rattle in the heater and they came right away.

Hotel was decent for the cost. The staff were nice. However, the toilet did not flush so could not use the toilet. Only stayed one night so it was not a huge inconvenience.

Overnight stay from touring the Napa area. The hotel seemed dated but was convenient for next day travel. I'm not sure I'd stay there again.

The Staff was excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the free chocolate chip cookie upon checking into our room. Our room really needs a facelift, especially the bathroom, there was a constant drip from the shower and the vanity and shower was really worn out. I will say the beds and pillows were great, extremely comfortable, and the room was very clean! It did appear that the property is undergoing renovations, so maybe changes are coming soon. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

leaky toilet because of stuck lever, noisy, refrigerator could not use because it was noisy plugged in, heater air unit old was noisy, shower faucet dripped could not shut off, people running up and down halls, problem getting luggage cart, finding someone to get it for me, top level room on the other side of reservation desk, booked 4 months in advance. I work as a reservation clerk here in Utah, could not change room, my brother could, why?

There was no Housekeeping done. The open area is safety hazard for Kids with Broken Glass on the table. All the chairs in the open area were dirty. Not sure why am I paying Premium Hilton Prices to stay in a sub standard property.

The property really needs an upgrade. The rooms very very dirty and dusty. The bathroom had hair in the bathtub. The toilet seats were old and torn. The only thing that was good was the staff was super friendly and the restaurant food was really good. But for the hotel to be Hilton, it sure was not to the standard. The rooms had spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling. Very disappointed with the quality of the hotel.

The staff was the best part. Our room had mold in the bathroom. The walls were scared and dirty. The towel were mis-matched. The walls were very thin a baby cried for a hour waking us up very early. The lock did not work at the pool. Lastly the bed had a big sink in the middle which cause bad sleep. I will submit a review online as well.

The rooms are dirty. The walls look like they haven’t been painted in 10 years. My bathroom door looked like it had vomit all over it. I woke up around 1:30 am and my entire room smelled like weed from people smoking inside. The staff was always nice, but the hotel itself is rundown and gross
