Great hotel, Parking is a nightmare even if you pre book it’s hard to find a spot. Shuttle on the way home we had to wait 35 minutes at the airport curb to get brought back to the hotel.

Ridiculous, couldn’t find my reservation, took them an hour to figure it out…. an hour, housekeeping tried coming into room well before checkout…. Not once, but twice. No parking even though we paid for it.

This is a great hotel! Easy to get to and from the airport.
I walked solo in the evening to have dinner at a local restaurant and felt totally safe. Enjoyed seeing the busy neighborhood with people out walking and kids playing on the soccer field and courts. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was super clean, and overall I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is not a typical airport hotel but has an almost resort feel! Super friendly staff, spacious comfortable room, fast WIFI and overall good facilities. We ate at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Our beds were very comfortable and the linens very crisp and clean. One opportunity to improve was a lengthy wait for the shuttle.

Onsite lounge was comfortable but cocktails very expensive, restaurant was being renovated but hostess and staff were very helpful and accommodating.onsite deck parking was easy and convenient.

I had a stay of 17 days. The sincere friendliness of most of the staff made my stay. I also thought there was a good selection of food in the restaurants. Once again, staff was truly jovial and professional.

I would say that my stayed was just ok. Information about services were not readily available unless one asks, for example construction was going on at the front door and one would not known until you attempt to go out.
