Pretty expensive for a night with nothing included you have to pay for parking 75 dollars hold no breakfast included ..positive note the rooms clean nice size balcony well kept gym very nice interior bar n grill but again not included and no street parking the hotel is off the highway with nothing surrounded but highway nice staff

Maid didn't make our room at all during a two nights stay. I didn't put the sign do not disturb if you are curious why?. I called and asked for coffee cups since they only gave me 2 cups during my stay. They said they will have someone bring it to my room but it never happened. For $2xx per night I expected higher standards of service. Parking is $25 per day but the lot was full. They need to prioritize guests first not anybody!!!!

It started when my son and I first arrived. I made my reservation for my room with a view of NYC back in January 2025. This is now April 2025, and the person who greeted us at the front desk told us the room I reserved “months ago” was not available. My son and I drove up to this location from NC to go to the Car Show in NYC, as it was my son’s Spring Break. I told the desk clerk that I paid for that specific room months ago, and if that room was not available to just refund the money I paid. Amazingly, a room became available. I noticed the room didn’t have a microwave or a clock for that matter. I didn’t complain because of the long trip. It then became very apparent why they didn’t have microwave ovens in their rooms. The price of food on their menu is ridiculous. It’s obvious they want to discourage people from going out, buying food from other places (which are in-town) and using a microwave, which would be much less expensive. My son and I ate out anyway. Then, there was the issue with the parking. When you research the property, it says, “parking available.” Most would take this to mean that there is on-site parking and it would be free for guests. Wrong, and very wrong! There is a per night charge, and they put a hold on your credit card on arrival to make sure you pay it, and the worst part is, there isn’t enough parking for the guests! Also, the room wasn’t cleaned any day we were there! Had to keep asking for fresh towels and wash cloths, no clean cups, anything!

Easy check in never received my cash back from the daily room hold . Drinks at the bar over price and food in the vending machines. Other than that hotel was clean and quiet.

I expected more out of the rooms overall room was cleaned I did have a issue with the limited trash bins in the rooms. Front desk staff was super nice & professional. One thing I truly did not like was the fact that as guest we have to pay for parking which is ridiculous on top of the room rates.

Reservations were made two months in advance for top floor/adjoining rooms. When we arrived there were not 2 rooms available on the top floor so half of our party was on a separate floor making things very difficult as we packed/planned to be together. The rooms were very small, the bathroom smelled like mold when you turned on the water. We discussed our needs in advance with the hotel and we requested to have a microwave available. When we arrived neither room had a microwave nor did they provide us with one. There were 8 of us in our group and we all complained that the beds were very uncomfortable and we all hurt after sleeping on them. Also, the beds were not a queen sized bed, they were full sized at best. I do not recommend this hotel.

The customer service was absolutely the worst from the phone to in person at the front desk I’ve never stay somewhere so disappointed the “sky line view” is straight bs you’re staring at the train tracks the rooms are outdated none of the outlets work in some rooms it was a bridal party of at least 15 people staying there at least 6 of us had issues with our outlet the morning of check out we were rudely awakened by housekeeping staff in our room at 9am !!! I was in bed still barely clothes I’m so disgusted with this place I will never ever stay here again even if it was for free .
