Solid spot that was able to help get me in a bit earlier than expected and gave me a great room. Easy walking to Moda Center and couldn't possibly be any more convenient to several lines of the Max piblic transportation rail (including the line that runs to the airport). Wish I had longer to stay there.

For an older building, it is very well maintained. Quiet rooms, comfortable facilities, the dinner left a lot to be desired, but the breakfast buffet made up for it. The hotel staff took great care of a large group of people, I would definitely recommend it for any type of gathering.

Great access to downtown Portland and to Broadway eateries. I liked the easy access to light rail, but I didn’t anticipate feeling (nd not just hearing) the light rail train every 15 minutes, even on the 10th floor!

Nicely located in the Lloyd district. Walking distance to many restaurants, 2-6 blocks. Tri-max drops you off at the corner of the hotel from airport. Complaint - itemize your receipts at restaurant and coffee shop.

I ordered dinner to take to my room, salmon and shrimp with fries. The food was good but the presentation was terrible. There is a lot to be said for presentation, especially if you’re paying 44.00 for the meal. The picture shows only the main course. The fries were in a separate container

I will never stay here again. We stayed 3 days. On top of paying 175 a night we had to pay for parking. The second day we were there the machine was broken when we went to leave. When we came back and found another machine to pay they double charged us due to being over 24 hours. At check in we asked for extra bedding because we had our kids with us. Who were on our reservation. We had to call after a hour later to ask again. When the lady came she brought us more sheets we again had to ask for blankets and pillows. I understand the mall is dying and you are in your slow season but if you charge as much as you do for very little service maybe you shouldn't charge for parking or I don't know maybe update your rooms. I will never stay here again and will never recommend if I could give you a zero star rating I would.
