Great customer service! After traveling all day, we arrived at midnight to check in and were greeted with amazing hospitality and a warm cookie! I feel like we’re in a movie! Excellent clean rooms and great food. Close to the expressway and airport! Superb!

This was by far the worst Doubletree I have stayed at. However, it still rated as average. Our toliet kept cutting on and off automatically and it was very loud. The hotel restaurant needs to be updated. The beds were uncomfortable. Very average pending below average stay.

The main level smelled like sewage. The room was clean, but the common areas had not had a thorough cleaning in some time. There was no free coffee in the lobby for guests as many other hotels offer.
