Hotel so close to the hwy and my room was facing it. Very noisy at night. Bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a good stay. The beds were soft and comfortable, the staff was good also the pool was ok, something for the kids. But the only thing i think need work is the breakfast buffet and no horse play at the pool. The eggs weren't hot also it was freezing in the room i could hardly enjoy my breakfast. At the pool there were some unshapparoned kids who was horse playing so my kids couldn't enjoy the pool. So our stay there was ok.

The property is run down and toilet ran.

Got bumped from a 2 Queen bed room to a king bed room and a fold out couch. The room smelled like cigarettes.Night stand had a hole in. Only the lobby looked nice.

Waited 40 minutes to check in. Hotel promised compensation of 20,000 points but never delivered. Rude attitude, pool had leaves and floating hair!

This property is very nice, clean, not dusty, well stocked and every staff member from front desk to Roy at the bar and the woman that informed us of the Magic show happening tonight were fantastic. Would stay here again. Thank you!

I loved this hotel! My room was adorable. Like my own little one bedroom apartment. The styling was so welcoming and cozy. Staff was friendly and everything was very clean. Would def stay here again.

Great place to stay. Breakfast buffet is superb. Facilities a little aged but nice.

I am EXTREMELY particularly with choosing my hotels. That being said I was not disappointed, in the least. I was promptly and properly greeted by the staff upon arrival, and was even allowed to check in early. I was also informed that they were short staffed at the moment and I completely understood this, seeing as it is the holidays and I was once a housekeeper myself, so I know the struggle all too well. Any requests I made was met with a smile and completion, as I did not as for much beyond towels and few more minutes to checkout. Thank you all for a lovely stay, Sincerely Mr. Warren-EL

This hotel has a very nice lobby. The rooms are comfortable. They needed more staff checking people in, but it was just a super busy weekend with sports teams. We would stay again.

Three day stay; two days no hot water. Lack of dining options unfortunate.
