Made stay Wes short but clean and comfortable

Worst experience for the money. The very basic room for 200$ and you need to pay 51$ overnight parking at this place. Room is 0.1 star.

Everything was great except my key didn't work for the parking garage coming in or leaving.

Expect a lot of construction and broken roads all around the property. Then when you get into the property, the escalator did not work and there was no clear signs where to check in since it was late and there wasn’t anyone at front lower level to give any direction. When I got checked in, there was no hospitality given by front clerk. I never got my cookie, was never told about dining options and hours, where the gym was or how to even take the elevators: where I can catch north or south elevators to LL. Let’s now not even go to the parking situation, HORRIBLE. They had the nerve to charge over $50 a night but couldn’t even find a spot, I wound up parking on the street( the street with all the construction!). Then let’s get to front of property. There’s so many rats and bugs running through front of property. The flowerbeds in front had all rat holes.. it was disgusting. My room was ok, very dated and I swear the shelves in bathroom were crooked and shower curtain was short and didn’t even close the whole way. This property needs a lot of work done. Now the location was great. Very convenient to DC.

Beautiful views!

Could not adjust the room temperature and it was hot. First room had moldy food left in the fridge so they immediately transferred us to a new room. Great customer service but hotel's cleanliness could use a lot of work.

Checkin was smooth. Rooms were spacious and cozy. I did not see a microwave, but there was a mini fridge.

what an amazing property. quick drive to dc nightlife, parking is free at the parking garage around the corner is free on weekends. we arrived a little earlier than check in time and was upgraded for free! great birthday trip. thank you double tree, truly

They overbooked and cancelled my reservation. They sent me to another location which the host told us it was only 15-20mins away. It wind up being 40 minutes away. I missed my sister birthday celebration. There was no parking and it tool me an hour to find parking.

Overall experience wasn’t terrible. There was a lot going on when we arrived. There was no staff present to help navigate property. Check in felt rushed, with minimal communication as if they were just trying to get us out of the way. Room keys did not work, got them “fixed” still didn’t work. Sat outside of reserved room for 15 minutes waiting for an “engineer”. Ultimately ended up putting us in a different room. Parking is awful. Room was nice and the area around property was nice!

Bathroom door would not close. Heard the toilet flush from two rooms downs. Advertised that breakfast was inclided in room reservation but breqkfast was $30 a person additional
