Undergoing renovation. Room was nicely updated. Separate bedroom and living room. Comfortable, great staff, quiet location, nice gym facility. Only negative was shower water did not get hot enough, only lukewarm.

I don’t get away alone often as a single mom. This is my first choice when I do have the opportunity. The room was amazing, more than what I realized or expected. The bed and pillows were comfortable and my favorite part. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

I thought everything was fine. It was wonderful experience. My Daughter got Married the family and Guests stayed there. Was up pretty late it was no complaints. Thank you.

I have been on this location before was great
I booked for two days and idk what going on
Banging and drilling on the walls until 7 pm
I took my kids to the pool and was freezing cold we left after 5 minutes stayed one day and left

This would have been a perfect stay. But for some reason the young guy at the front desk decided to give a key to someone for my room that wasn’t on the reservation or even authorized to get a key. I was expecting a visitor they got lost so he gave the person a key without even asking me and not only that deactivated my key when they gave this person a key. Unheard of!!! What if I wasn’t there and they stole my stuff? Anyone can say they need a key and no one checks to see if it’s ok?? Insane. If you value privacy stay away from this place at all costs

While the staff at the hotel was extremely nice. At check in I asked several questions that they were not able to answer. I asked for a room upgrade and was told that all the rooms were the exact same. We were traveling with our grandchildren and needed to use the pullout sofa, which was heavily soiled and extremely uncomfortable. Lastly, the depicted hotel online does not mimic what I saw. Grateful that my family was able to adjust and adapt.

The hotel is under construction, but not in all areas or floors. Everything was clean, but I wish we would have had an updated room. Oh, check-in was really slow due to system issues, but staff was kind and pleasant, and had no further issues.

1. The suite was clean, and our room was quiet.
2. These are suites with a mini kitchen, so I would assume they would come with a few cups, silverware, and dishes....they don't.
3. Our room was far from the lobby took about 4m to walk to. Also our bathroom door was broken.

The property was nice the front desk attendant was helpful. The lack of any working ice machines was a terrible inconvenience and the number of young 8-12 yr. olds roaming around unsupervised making noises in the hallways was the absolute worst.

Hotel is out of date - they are remodeling which they don't let you know about until you get there. From outside you can see rooms in a state of disrepair.
Visible stain of some kind - maybe mold - was on the bedroom curtain. Staff was dismissive.

The hotel is recently renovated so there are a few glitches. Like our toilet needs to be replaced. There’s a kitchen but no supplies at all. The traffic noise is very loud. They should’ve updated the windows.

Poorly managed. Guests are required to traverse area under construction to access rooms with poor signage. The rooms have numerous lights triggered by slight motion inhibiting sleep. The staff is largely indifferent and unhelpful. Very surprised this hotel is affiliated with Hilton.

The DoubleTree hotel was in the middle of renovations which I understand happens. However, walking down the hallway to get to my room the wallpaper was all being taken down and there was debris all over the floor. They should’ve either shut down the hallway or at least vacuum the floor so that guests could feel safe walking to their rooms. Also for having a newly renovated room one of the doors would not close. The hotel was average but not great.

Hotel room was really nice. Bathroom toilet ran the whole time. They offered Maintenance to check it out. But yall should’ve had that fixed prior. Walls were thin I heard cars driving on the highway all night. And the view kinda sucked. The cookie was good. Room was nice.
