I gave the low scores because we had two small-sized waste bins instead of full sized trash cans. And the room wasn’t cleaned for FOUR DAYS. If that be your policy alert people ahead of time. It wasn’t big enough to hold maybe 6 empty water bottles. And, should the water bottles be placed, nothing else could fit. We had empty food containers that had to be placed on the floor along with the empty bottles. I understand being short on workers but please give out fresh towels daily or every other day. NOT FOUR DAYS!

I checked out at 3:00 AM (for my flight) and asked for a printed receipt. I was told their system reset at 3:00 AM and the receipt would be emailed. It’s been three days and I, of course, haven’t received the receipt. I’m now unclear as to why this property has “VIP” status on Expedia. I had an earlier issue with overcharging (for something my VIP status and booking covered) and the young lady at the front desk told me that since I booked via Expedia to take it up with Expedia. I asked for a manager and the situation was addressed and the extra charges removed. Turned out, the young woman had been looking at the wrong screen. This was not the VIP experience I was expecting.

Great place to stay if you want to be walking distance from Fremont. At night we could not hear the music or screaming from Fremont. Make sure to stay in the gallery tower. Had dinner at pizza rock and that is now my fav pizza place while in Vegas. The room was clean and the ac worked like a charm after being out in the 105 degree weather.

The service was nice, just normal. The Business Center area is very small, and the printer wasn’t working. I had requested a high-floor room with a view, but they gave me a room on the ground floor. It was very spacious, yes, but completely dark—the lights didn’t work, so it was impossible to work there. Since I was traveling for work, that was really important. I informed the front desk, asking them to please fix or change it, but it was impossible to get any work done at night because there was no way to have proper lighting in the room. Other than that, everything else was okay—clean, beds were super comfortable, pillows very comfy—but the lighting situation was terrible for me. Also, when you arrive, they give you two bottles of water. One of them had already been opened—someone had drunk from it. And I understand it’s Las Vegas, but it would be appreciated to have a coffee maker in the room. Even though there was a small fridge, having a coffee maker would have been much more helpful.

We chose this hotel for the proximity to the Mob Museum. This was a one night stay. Check-in was smooth. The front desk customer service was quick & helpful. The parking garage is located away from the hotel, however the parking garage felt safe & had lots of parking. I recommend taking your luggage to your room before parking. The walk back with your luggage, in the heat is not fun. Also, there were no luggage carts available for use. The room was lack luster. The TV did not work. After calling the front desk they told me that IT couldn't fix it until the following morning. There was, what seemed to be throw up on the mirror located in the room (not the bathroom). The noise was overwhelming. Loud music, repeated loud humming noise either in the room or outside the room that came in every 15 mins. Sleeping was not an option. Which, I understand, we were in Vegas. However, it was a one night stay and every other Vegas room I've stayed in has muffled the noise from outside. If you stay here bring noise canceling headphones or other means to block the constant noise out. I would not stay here again alone or wity my family. I give it an overall 4/10

Staff were a tremendous help from check-in to check-out. The location was fairly central for my partner and I… we were able to find something to do (tour the mob museum) and find a location for dinner within a couple of blocks which saved us from having to drive anywhere. The bed wasn’t the best I’ve ever slept in before and would slide off of our frame. Only downside I would say is that there was no fridge in our room… even when given a ‘King’ Deluxe room. So my beverages went room temp, but not the end of the world. Overall, I would stay there again, 100%.
