Place is under construction,looks terrible the back parking lot looks like a big Garbage Dump..Theyshould have said that it was under construction when i made the reservation...VERY BAD!!!

Checking in was very easy and friendly but that is where the good ends. The room was dirty, the mirror was gross, only one lamp worked, the lamp shades were falling apart and has burn marks from the light bulbs getting to hot, the shower curtain was supposed to be white but was stained brown, the water smalled absolutely horrible i went and bought bottled water for teeth brushing. And the parkong lot did not feel safe...every evening there were creepy men out on furniture smoking and or drinking, at one point i opened my curtain and there was a man right outside my window. I only stayed due to lack of options.

The tv did not work, paint and everywhere, breakfast was ok I have had better, the shower was gross, stains on the bed, and cords everywhere very unsafe. I don’t recommend it at all and for the price its not worth it

Hotel is under construction, I understand there will be dust and debris in the construction areas, but the rooms should be clean. There was dust everywhere, the floor was sticky and my feet left clean spots on it. The bathroom had hair balls behind the toilet and dried urine on the base of the toilet. The towels were stained and felt damp. We didn’t eat breakfast there because we figured if the rooms were dirty the kitchen would be also.

Where to start. First of all, entire hotel is under construction and so it was dirty and unsightly but was never told that when confirming the reservation. Because of the construction, they didn’t serve breakfast and there are not many choices nearby. The fridge stunk and they had a coffee maker and two packets of coffee in the room but NO cups. There were two TV’s in the room and the one that worked kept falling over. The fridge had a rusty dinge on the inside and the toilet and shower had the same orange color to it. The heater sparsely worked and the bedding was thin and inadequate. Bottom line, this place sucks and I would avoid it like the plague!

Buildings/rooms ate being remodeled. Dry wall dust everwhere. I had ro wipe off headboards

This hotel was disgusting. There were dead bugs all over the entrance in front of the check in desk. There was sticky black something all over the floors of the room and hallway. The headboard had something dried and white dripped down one of the corners. The tub was disgusting and the handles were corroded black- we couldn't even take a shower. There was a paper towel wrapped around the sink drain to "stop" the leaky pipes. There was holes in the walls and the walls were very dirty. The tv in my grandma's room didn't work and no one would even bother to either get us another room or fix it. Probably one of the most disgusting, rude , horrible services ive ever stayed at. Wouldn't even try the breakfast due to the dirt and grime in the lobby and breakfast area.

We never ended up staying. Room had not been cleaned sheets were yellow bathroom tub and toliet all rusty. We did not stay. Approached the desk and told them and he said we could go...didn't offer anything. Outside had an old couch as you drove up to front door. Can we get a refund. This was a nightmare

It was disgusting in our room. There were stains and hairs on the bedding, marks all over the walls and the mirror, and bugs on the ceiling. We had to request new bedding that we had to change ourselves and they only gave us one set (we had two beds). We are three young women who didn't feel very safe after checking in with stares from the male workers. There was a very large (about 1 1/2 inches) gap under the door as well which added to the uneasy feeling we initially had.

This property was disgusting, definitely wont come back...filith everywhere! I definitely wouldnt recommended staying here EVER!

Wouldn’t book again.. Bathroom lights not even in just a hole with a lot of dusty dangling webs.

The hotel didn’t have our reservation when we arrived and we had to wait for a room to be prepared. When we got in there were leftover supplies such as rags, mayonnaise, and personal items lmao. Breakfast area was covered with bugs and there were lingering smells all over the hotel. Staff was friendly but it’s clear that this place needs a lot of TLC.

Facility inside of the comfort suites as well-maintained and clean however, on the outside felt unsafe

The room smelled. The door did not close fully. There was insulation or something coming out of it under the latch. Requested a refund since I stayed only five minutes. Did not feel safe. Have not received a response to my refund.

Won’t be back

Free parking and continental breakfast. It was what we were expecting based on prior reviews. Could definitely use new pillows in the room. Not very clean overall.

The staff were friendly although only one spoke English. The breakfast was good but the vending machines didn’t work. The bed was nice but the floor was dirty and sticky. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, only one lightbulb in the uncovered ceiling light. The door scraped against the toilet. No one cleaned the room or replaced used towels the entire four days we stayed.

Very dirty. People knocking on doors at 3 A.M.
