the staff r really nice

Walking distance to the hockey arena. Relatively quiet. Cheap.

The front desk attendant was polite and friendly. I had a couple questions, and he didn't seem annoyed by them.

Will not stay there again. The outside door was broken. Not the cleanest of hotels. Staff not friendly

The manager was very pleasant.

The bed had piss stains all over it . Bed sheets were dirty. You could smell mold as you walked in to the room .

Property is an older building and within walking distance of the Southbridge Mall and Hockey arena. Although the mall doesn't have much in it anymore. Parking lot was well lit at night and staff was helpful. Room was clean and ready for arrival, but it had a bit of a stale musty smell. Refrigerator and microwave in room worked fine. For the lower cost and just needing a place to crash at night it worked fine. If you want a place with more frills and amenities this would not fit that expectation.

Ok for the price. Area is noisy.

I arrived around 8:15 pm to check in and no one was there. There was a phone to call which I did, but no one answered. We waited for 10 minutes and no one answered the phone or came.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Initially, they could not find my reservation as Expedia hadn't communicated it to them. They took the time to find my reservation, and were very patient and accommodating.

Okay for the cheap cost but needs updates.

I've stayed here several times before. For the low cost the room it is very adequate

During check out went to take a shower , run the water for 15 mins no hot water. Manager say told let it run for 5 mins and,. Customer need to figure out.

Upon first seeing the property I was very concerned about my choice. The outside of the building looks very sketchy and poor. After seeing the lobby was in decent shape and the guy behind the desk was great I felt a little better. Once I found my room was on an inside corridor behind locked doors and getting to my room and finding it in good shape I felt ok with my choice. It's not the nicest motel but my room was clean the bed made with clean sheets and was very comfortable. No problem with hot water as others have said at all. Looks like they are trying to update the place but it's going slowly.

Upon arriving at the property we saw someone leaving a hotel room on the first floor via the rear room window. First red flag. Driving around to the front to check in and we saw several individuals smoking while walking in and out of their rooms (this was supposed to be a designated non-smoking facility). Second red flag. Upon entering the lobby there was mass confusion with other patrons. The staff seemed utterly confused and disoriented. Third red flag. We opted to not check in as the property felt completely unsafe and poorly managed. We have contacted the property broker for a refund and recommended they remove the property from their listings due to the unsafe nature of the entire property. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It’s was okay

The room was clean but the air conditioner was not working and on a day that was 89 degrees out it would have been nice to have it working. The outside appearance was not to pleasing, but the room was good.

cheap rooms. inside hall. very courteous staff!

Pictures are deceiving. We stayed at this econolodge for one night while working in Mason City. If it had been more than one night, we would’ve stayed somewhere else. Walking up the stairs to my room, there were men’s underwear sitting under stair tread. Getting up to my room, the door didn’t seem to seal all the way. My co worker found a pack of kwik trip chicken in his fridge from previous guest. My room was on second floor closer to the street and due to the bad seal on my door, every time a car went by, it sounded like it was inside of my room. The morning we checked out, the guy at the desk told us he was getting breakfast ready, “but we probably prefer the food at Hardy’s”. Overall it was a terrible experience. Definitely one of the worst places I’ve stayed at.
