Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center

This property was being renovated however it wasn’t the usual experience I’ve come to expect from an Embassy Suites . The breakfast on Mother’s Day was chaotic. The wait for coffee or water was 35 minutes. Dirty dishes were on most tables. It was clear there wasn’t enough staff. We stayed 2 nights and our room wasn’t serviced. On the plus side the staff was very friendly.

Hotel update and service great. However, if you book through a 3rd party site you will have problems. You cannot digitally check in or get Hilton points. You cannot change credit cards for incidentals, as this will be charged to your credit card a second time for the room. I am awaiting to see if my debit card will be credited in 10 business days. Hilton is a big deterrent at using third party booking sights.

It was good. Just couldn't fi d ice machine. The foodwas good and the free breakfast bar was great. I loved the omlets. The employees was very nice and helpful in giving directions to different places.

Very disappointed the remodeling was going on. I wanted my daughter and granddaughter to see beautiful lobby I was not told ahead of time about the remodeling. The AI phone request was not what we need. Couldn’t even connect with front desk for assistance

Nice property, some construction go

Inconvenience of remodeling, and restaurant was very slow for dinner, BUT, overall it was good. I would stay there again.

The room was very nice and clean. The young lady checking is in was great. Now to the bad, the building was being renovated and we're not aware until arrival. The short deep voice guy working the kitchen area was extremely rude to several people including myself. I waited to speak with the hotel manager and even left my name and number for her to contact me but she has not so I left, she was apparently listening to another guest that was having issues as well.

The hotel was undergoing extensive renovations upon our arrival. Check in line was long and chaotic. The staff checking in was not very friendly. After we finally checked in we learned that the fitness center was closed but the pool was open. However, it definitely needed some attention as dirty towels were all around. Made to order breakfast was ok but seating was chaotic due to renovations.

Under construction - should have been told!

The property was under construction: noise and dust everywhere.

This property was under complete renovation. It was dusty and loud. They weren’t ready for check in and sent us to a food area to wait where there leaks being caught with trash cans and the power was unknowingly shut off to the kitchen as they tried to start getting ready for the snack service. Then as we were checking in, we were informed that there wouldn’t be water for the entire business day of the first day of our stay. Most of all that I was disappointed in was the management coming in and out telling the front people the news about the water and avoiding the customers and unwilling to help with the lines and complaints. We canceled our stay and found somewhere else, which the front person did help me do since Wi-Fi was not good with the construction.

Understand that renovation was going on (4 months into it), but we did not know before booking and showing up. If you are going to be open during, should still staff appropriately to keep the area clean. Elevators always had trash in them. Our room was clean and had very nice bathroom and bed and storage. Towel exchange should have occurred daily, but instead we had to call and they showed half the time. Breakfast and happy hour short of workers and ran out of food often. Food usually replenished but time to do that varied. Parking shortage, but free across the street.

first of all, I was not aware that the property was undergoing a total renovation. when we arrived, our TV was not connected. Our room was never cleaned, we had to call down for clean towels to be brought to our room. on the second night of our stay, when I got ready to take a shower there was no water to our room. there was a pipe broken. I went to bed without a shower, and I have no idea when the water was turned back on. this was the worst stay at a Hilton I've ever experienced.

I love the renovations to the room and the hotel staff was wonderful!
