When we arrived and checked in to our room, I found a dirty ladies under pants in the bathroom. I called the front desk to complain. Few minutes later a house keeping staff came and picked it up. Despite my complaint that the room was not properly cleaned, no manager approached me to discuss the issue with me or offer an apology. The second day, when we came back into the room from our event, I noticed that we were only given 0ne clean towel, I called the front desk to ask for more clean towels, I was told by the front desk staff that someone will bring the towels, unfortunately, no one brought any towels. After waiting for about few hours, I went downstairs to ask for the towels, only to be told that they ran out of towels because the hotel was too busy this weekend and one of the washing washing broke down. I would not recommend this property on a busy weekend.

Dirty towels and tub

It was a good overall experience.

Hilary the assistant manager was awesome, she was the first person I met when we arrived which was a bit earlier then excepted but she was able to get us in our room sooner with early check in. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed. We had to dine on site 2/3 nights of our stay, they really tried but there was a ton of guest for special events and so they did their best. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Until next time.

The elevator service was terrible and slow

We slept there 4 nights and our sheets were never changed. We had to go down to the front desk to get coffee cups and coffee twice. One morning the tub floor was slippery. Our room wasn’t well maintained but that wasn’t the reason for the rating. We have stayed in Waltham and in other Embassy Suites and been very pleased but not this time. That being said we talked to the manager who did give us some compensation.

My wife and I love staying at Embassy suites and have been going there for the past 10 years around same time a year. This time around we notice there were furniture in the lobby and rooms that were old looking (outdated) and some damage that needed to be replaced. We also loved the breakfast and omelette bar and both of those were very disappointed this year, food was not really good and omelettes were also not good. The service at the front desk was great and friendly and overall enjoyed our stay besides what mentioned above.

My room was dirty. There was hair in my shower on the first night I arrived, and I had not used the shower. The remainder of the days I stayed there, housekeeping did not clean my room properly. There was white residue left on the sink and drawer handles in the kitchen area. They did not replace my towels at the time of cleaning and there was more hair left in my shower. The Hotel Manager and front desk staff were nice and accommodating. However, the housekeeping cleaning expectations were horrible/unacceptable. Also, during breakfast they ran out of a lot of ingredients for the omelets. Also, they did not rotate between bacon and sausage, all they had was sausage the entire time. However, the Food Service Manager and staff were nice.

Great place for families

Everything is great. But the hotel ran out of shower gel and could only provide soap. Maybe the bed sheets were not changed after the last guest used them, so they smelled bad.

Had a great stay. Little noisy but there was an event going on, not really a complaint, couldn’t hear anything in the rooms. Staff was great and very welcoming and accommodating. Will definitely return.
