Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport

I love satying at embassy suites and this trip was no different. The atmosphere is always pleasant. Only thing was the pool was down because a light was pulled out and sitting on the side. Service great. Staff great.

There was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom still on the shower post from the previous guests. There were no bath towels at all in this room. The TV remote battery was dead, I had to go down to the counter for a replacement.

The hotel was fine, front desk staff was very polite, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was average (I didn't eat at the hot bar though). I was disappointed to learn that parking was not included in my room rate, as Orbitz said my price was "all in," and if there was any indication about parking, it was NOT obvious. So when I got there at 2AM and was told that I needed to scan a code to pay $24/night for parking, suddently the "all in" price I agreed to was no longer accurate and no longer nearly as competitive as some of the other choices I had.

Beautiful hotel. I was very impressed by the fact that we had two rooms in our unit. However, paying 20 bucks extra for parking was both annoying and a bit of a pain because of the process.

Didnt provide water bottles in the room. There wasn't a safe in the room. Room has a drab old colonial time look and feel.

Service at the front desk was the most polite and professional I’ve ever experienced and I’ve traveled a lot. Overall was a great hotel for the price. Only thing I could say needs improved is an overall modern update of the rooms. The lighting was very dim throughout the room and tvs outdated.

Nice ,clean and pretty only down fall is that you have to pay for parking and they have a life guard and they wont let you do anything fun in the pool so my two kids hated it .

My wife and I travel quite a bit and spend lots of times in hotels. This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels we stayed so far.
