I traveled to Palm Springs to attend the BNP Paribas Open. I chose Embassy Suites because they advertised a shuttle for drop off/pick up from BNP Paribas. And indeed there was - a big commuter bus that ran on time and frequently between the hotel and the tennis center. At one point, when it rained, a driver returned to pick us up at an off time! The hotel staff also printed the schedule of play somtimes the night before, which was quite helpful when trying to decide what matches to see the next day! The hotel was convenient, clean, and the staff very friendly. Elida, Isiah and Henry were stand outs!! The cleaning staff kept the room clean when I asked for it. The pool was nice (plenty of chairs, towels, and a hot tub!), but could have done without the country music playing on the radio. The room was spacious and I really appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave (at no extra charge). They also offer a made-to-order breakfast (omelets, scrambled eggs, b'fast meats, fruits, oatmeal, bagels, juice, pastries, and good coffee). I was able to take some food to the tennis center to save money on lunch. And also appreciated the happy hour - two free drinks and light snacks. I'd pass on the other food though. There are restaurants within walking distance that are good. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Recommend taking an Uber from the airport - a cab was over $100 after tip. Reserve an Uber to meet you when you land and to take you back - much cheaper.

Embassy Suites la Quinta is great. The Manager , Maria , is great & so is her staff - Gina , Olga , Scott, Jaime & so on. It was our tenth year here & we're looking forward to another ten !!

Our initial room had a toilet that was plogged. Since this was at 10PM they did not have maintenance to address the issue so we moved to another room. The a/c in this room was very load and vibrated the entire room and bed. The following day maintenance corrected the problem. When I shared this with a manager via text she said qe would receive a credit upon checking out. When we checked out we were told that since we booked with a third party (Expedia) that we would have to deal with Expedia for a credit. I asked since you have our CC on file why can't you apply a credit there. They said NO. This used to be one of my go to properties in Palm Springs. No longer

Wonderful hotel, great breakfast and decent dinners. Location perfect. Room very comfortable. Only problem was when we needed maintenance for toilet, we had to make 2 requests and wait hours for help. I suspect the first request was forgotten.

We stayed in a Casita room. Ours was very outdated and worn. We loved the area and we love Embassy but our unit was overpriced for what we received. Very convenient shuttle to/from tennis tournament.

The property is within one of the more upscale areas around Palm Springs. It is beautifully landscaped, close to several excellent restaurants and shops. The morning complimentary breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. The complimentary evening happy hour was also a plus. The one bedroom suite, with a separate living room was large, clean and had 2 televisions, microwave, mini fridge and a large en-suite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay again in the future.
