Vanessa at the front desk was really professional.

Started by toilet not working, maintenance has to be called & thankfully it was a easy quick fix, after we went to pool which was extremely packed with dirty towels everywhere and no clean towels, pool was dirty and a bunch of bratty kids squirting water at everyone, a large family over taking the pool while playing with ball. Back to room the couch was horrific, definitely needs a deep cleaning along with the 2 dining chairs. Small leak coming from a tube that leads to kitchenette sink and dripped all night. Plus got waken up at 5am by the upstairs guests walking around, can hear every single step. Place needs to be remodeled and cleaned better. Would not be returning. Had I not paid on here where it’s non refundable, I would have had hotel reimburse me and left to another hotel. $200+ for the night not worth it!

The property and rooms appear to be a bit older but my stay was pleasant. Also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet

The outside property and pool area is ok. Pool needs better cleaning, grounds were good. The inside room was terrible. Very rundown, bathroom was not cleaned good, found blood on the door. Called for housekeeping, they wiped the door but tub still had hair in it, tiles were broken and moldy, rust around the door, etc. needs serious renovation. Breakfast was very good.

I liked that the check in staff were friendly. They remembered my name throughout my stay. The maintenance person responded quickly to our request for assistance with our A/C unit. I would have liked more of a variety of snacks for the evening hosted reception. Overall a good stay.

The room we were in had an heating/air conditioner system that was louder that a dog constantly barking. And when someone in the room above online middle of the night..their walking around was just as noisy. Maybe this was just a one-off room, but I will NEVER stay there again. PS. Staff was wonderful, but sleeping in that room was all but impossible

This hotel was once a nice property. It is run down and not cleaned properly and the other guests were actually chatting together about it at the pool. I was staying with our young daughter and our room was dirty. The bedding and towels appeared to be changed but other than that, I could tell it was tidied up quickly and turned over. The floor was not vacuumed and the windows had huge greasy handprints on them. There was dried food on the dining table and I don’t know what on the bathroom counter. The gentleman checking us in and the manager upon check in were friendly and kind. I approached the front desk two other times with simple questions and the front desk staff was very unfriendly. Charging a fee for parking a vehicle is also ridiculous as it is not secured and the hotel actually shares a parking lot with a pickle ball facility. I’m giving 3 stars because the place was peaceful and family friendly (Mon-Wed stay) and the pool was fun for my daughter. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but the hotel needs to be aware of where improvements need to be made.

Everything was good. Restaurants zoo movie theatres all very close all with in 10 minutes

Poor experience and they switched my name on my receipt without authorization and I couldn’t expense it as business trip

Room was not clean. Couch was stained. Carpet was ripped from the edges. Nails were poking out from the edges. AC was leaking water. We just had to stay over one night so we just got throw the night and went our way.

Nice and clean, good place for families. The breakfast was great I like the fact that they serve omelettes. We enjoyed the giant chess and the pin pong table that add extra activities for the kids beside the pool.

The rooms are very outdated. The couches are worn. The breakfast was great. The pool was good. The jacuzzi could have been warmer.

The rooms were very big and spacious. The furniture was a little outdated not very much amenities available and bathroom was small. Staff were friendly and they had great breakfast service. You have to pay for parking. I believe it was $15 a night. Overall, it was a three star hotel as stated.

Dated rooms with musty smell.

Room 1. Aircondition didn't work. Room 2. Drapes not working. Room 3. Safe didn't work. Called in after-noon, told maintenence would be told. Called back, at 7, told gone. Back 6 or 6:30. Called at 7, told would be in at 8. Fixed at 8:10. WOW WOW WOW
