Very beautiful space, great selection of workout equipment in the fitness center, made-to-order omelettes for breakfast were delicious, and the snacks provided during evening reception were fresh and tasty.
Our air conditioning unit did NOT keep our room cool, and the window only opened 4 inches so it was hard to keep our room a comfortable temperature.

I really like the happy hour (2 free drinks) with the manager. Breakfast was awesome and the pickleball classes in the back of the hotel.

I loved the young lady that work the swing shift. I forgot her name but she was amazing. Her smile brighten the lobby.

I would rate the Hotel lower except for the exceptional breakfast and they allowed early check in.
The room smelled like a smokers room with an attempt at cleaning. There was no shower curtain and no shampoo. Room is showing wear...ready for renovation.

The Hotel really needs a renovation. We had the best room in the hotel and still felt dirty and had an odor in the cabinets. The couch had cigarette burns and was filthy. The extra sheets in the closet were dirty.

I've stayed at several Embassy Suites and this one was by far the worst! The room was dirty, smelled AWFUL, visible stains on carpet, couch, walls.....everything. The microwave didn't work, nor did the mini-fridge, or the on site washer/dryer. A woman I spoke with about my grievances was less than helpful. She claimed to have "made notes" but upon checking out she never did. Overall, we did not feel safe staying here and would NEVER recommend this hotel. Do not book!

The room was not clean and seemed to be under construction. I set the air to cone on and all it did was run and not cool the room. The room smelled and linens were stained. The check in person was not friendly. The happy hour was good and the bartender Kenny was very friendly

Everything was fine, except the HVAC system is antiquated.
The room is rather warm and I had to call the desk to have an engineer come and change valves over in the HVAC system.
He never actually got cool enough for me however, luckily it was a cool night. I shut the fan off and could sleep by the way the fan was very loud. Other than that all the employees were great. The place was clean and fine. I only wish the HVAC system was not so loud because I’m a light sleeper.

The hotel is completely outdated. The posted photos must be from 20 years ago at least. Our room had no curtains. Then we were moved to another room that had burns in the furniture and lord knows what type of stains on the sofa and carpet. Very noisy.

I received an email saying parking is $10 then I go to the parking lot to register my car and the fee is $15.
I know it’s only $5. but I just like the misprint on things

We arrived early for our 4:00 pm check in and were able to get our room early. This was great as we had a reservation for dinner at 5:00 pm. We liked everything about this hotel and the staff was wonderful. We'll be back.

Room was comfortable. If I was staying longer I would have enjoyed the extra room more. Bed is comfortable and space is clean. Carpet is a bit outdated and it is the only embassy I have been to where the rooms all open to the outdoors like an old fashion motel. I typically stay at embassy for the breakfast. This locations was fine but nothing as stellar as other locations.
