Rooms are so clean

Just terrible. Stayed here many times. Bar staff is great but the check in is a nightmare.

The check in system was slow. Not enough luggage carts.

Great staff, fantastic hotel.

The bathtub was not clean. The front desk when checking in was not friendly or helpful. The restaurant was very good. The alarm that sounded like the Purge starting at 5am was awlful no guidance, just get out the building-fire trucks and no fire and no explanation. Terrible Breakfast bar was nice but cold.

Bathtub had mold/mildew, a bunch of rust, along with the shower walls dirty. There was no shampoo in the dispenser. No sheets/pillowcase for the couch bed/pull out, had to call and got some brought to us but still no pillowcase and missing a sheet. Counters were dirty, so I cleaned those with wipes I had. The whole place needed vacuumed. It’s just in need of upgrades, I actually had a severe allergic reaction after staying, and I’m thinking, because of the mold, dust, lack of cleanness. Also, the eve reception is a nice bonus, but no one up keeps the food and it just turns into a mess after kids rummage though, you may just wanna have someone man it and hand out the snacks or just don’t have it all together. The floor was super sticky in this area and that continued the next morning at breakfast. Due to the amount of kids staying for a conference there was no seating in the breakfast area. They were just waiting for a ride. I wish someone would’ve taken initiative to move them out of that area and put them into a conference type holding room area to wait, because we had no place to sit so we stood to eat.

Jonathan decided to answer a 45 minute phone call in the middle of our check in. Then gave us the wrong room? And the tv was broken.

Great getaway from the city. Highly satisfactory location and staff were AWESOME!

Great hotel

A quick overnight to celebrate a birthday and awakened at 11:00 p.m. with a false emergency alarm! Otherwise a good experience.

Very busy hotel. If you are wanting a quiet time, dont book. Hotel full of sports teams with canceled games due to rain. The place was one giant hotel turned teen hangout. You could wait up to 5 or more minutes on 1 of 3 elevators due to people from off the streets coming inside to do prom pictures inside the glass elevators. This happened time and time again, and staff do not monitor who comes in and out. Pool was cloudy and full to the point it was hard to move. 3 seperate kid's birthday parties inviting guest who were not staying at the hotel. Pool deck was full of dressed parents taking up all the seats, and propping the side door to stand and smoke weed. Cold air gushing inside to the pool area. We left after the last heard of 15 kids arrived with only 1 family actually staying there. We finally fell asleep when a teen pulled the fire alarm and the fire alarm starts talking to evacuate. Mayhem. It took 45 min for things to calm down, strobe lights inside room to stop flashing. Breakfast was okay, but again, overan with teens and kids without parents running around. The staff do nothing to patrol people off the streets vs paying customers. Parking again taken up by people not even staying there. Paid customers parking far away lugging bags in the rain, while the covered area is full of birthday guests unloading pizza boxes, baloons, cakes, etc. This hotel does not value its paying honors members over people off the streets. Hotel beds are springy feeling. Room was clean.

The property was clean and easy to access. Close to alot of things to do in st charles. The beds were not the most comfortable. Rooms were spacious

Definitely be returning.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Great breakfast with something for everyone in the family. The pool was closed for cleaning our first night, but the rest of the time our kids used it lots!
