Very walkable to different subway stations. Safe neighborhood just a lot of construction happening during our trip. Nice easy place for a place to sleep

I love this hotel!! It’s one of my favorites in Brooklyn that’s close to transit, food and stores. The rooms are a comfortable size and love the workout equipment in the room it’s a nice bonus

Conveniently located with multiple public transport options available. Easy to get to restaurants and main attractions. Nice gym in the hotel with training equipment within the room. Convenient laundry options which were reasonably priced. Excellent reception staff with special thanks to M.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was like a dorm room. Walls needed painting and bathroom had hair on the wall. It was a handicap room which was not what we selected so that was disappointing. TV could not get ABC at night only in the AM. The kiosk to get good was confusing to use. Couches in the lobby were marked with spots. Area around it was ok, nothing special. We were only there less than 2 full nights so we just dealt with it.

The room was clean and comfortable and in total order upon check in. Did not have to call the desk for towels, soap etc because it was all present in the room when we arrived. Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was pretty decent. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative comment I have is that the staff needs to do a better job of emptying trash cans in the lobby area when they are full. It is quite an eye sore when you observe a trash can that is full and overflowing with trash in the lobby.

The staff is amazing, always friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond. This is my go to when in Brooklyn.

I enjoyed the hotel and would stay again. Very unique with how they utilized the same room size. The only thing I did not like was, you have to use your room key to access the hotel at night and the elevators at all times. Wonderful! Very safe! However, that’s not my issue. My friend and I came in from dinner very dolled up on Friday night, the concierge woman with curly hair clearly seen us walk in. We came back downstairs staying in the lobby debating on our next place to go when the concierge asked first, can we be helped. Then, when we responded saying “no”. She then asked, if we’re ready to check-in. And yes, we had to walk past her to get to and from the elevator. I don’t know if she was being funny or not, but that didn’t turned us off. Overall, a good time.

Had a pretty good stay! The website advised $50 deposit it is $100 with half refunded once stay is complete. There are honestly no parking arrangements for this hotel simply private parking lots they can refer you to. Otherwise everything else was as detailed a literal 7 min walk to the Barclays center if that, near local CVS Flatbush Area Mall and the Fulton St. shopping strip. Great location for those needing to be in proximity of Barclays/Downtown Brooklyn. IHG has done well both this location and the location near LGA (has parking) are good stays.

Within a few blocks of 3 different subway linnes. Very clean. Has gym and area to buy food and drink all night long
