First room smelled like mold and flooring seams appeared to have mold, there appeared to be a condom wrapper on the floor near the bed. We were offered a second room that was much cleaner; however the window did not close all the way making the room very noisy to freeway traffic.

My room was dirty. The floor was not swept and the tv and the table had fingerprints on them. The beds were old and hard and the elevator didn’t work properly.

When I arrived and attempted to check in, I wasn’t allowed to. The front desk person said they were coming and I waited for over an hour and they never showed up. I selected to pay on site, but they charged my card before I arrived. So they charged me for a room and then didn’t check me in.

Was unable to check in due to the front counter being closed. Used lobby phone as instructed and no one came to check us in after we waited for an hour. The area alone is very sketchy with many individuals roaming the parking lot.

The rooms were dirty and the hallway smells like weed. The hotel staff allowed us to review the room and assured us, if we didn't like the room, we did not have check in, and would not be charged. They lied!

A lot of homeless people living just a few feet away. We booked a room with 2 queen beds online through Expedia and when we checked in they only had a room with 1 bed. The mattress was so lumpy so I did not sleep well at all for the price was not worth the stay for sure. I would not recommend to my friends . Another huests said it was bad in the elevator up plus we were outside. I ask for another pillow at the front desk . She said no. There only 3 pillows we both like 2 pillows each . Plus the front desk clerk was not the nice person. I stay one far better then this one for sure .

We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. There was a broken glass on the bathroom. Bugs in the bathroom.. splattered poop in the toilet. The floor was dirty had stuff on. The blinds were covered in dust. overall, the room needed a deep clean. When I told the girl at the front desk she looked at me with a dumb look like she didn’t know what to do and she said she would leave a note in the account.. at the bare minimum, somebody should’ve cleaned up the glass..
The one positive was the water pressure was amazing in the shower..

I gotta say the price on my stay was pretty reasonable. Something I was able to manage. As for my comfort, it was nice. I was able to get a good nights rest. I appreciated the kitchenette area. I love to cook. However, I had to go out and buy supplies for cooking as well as for eating.I understand some, but not all! I asked the front desk clerk, why they didn’t provide the basics? Her response was very informative, I really appreciated her knowledge. I didn’t expect the answer I got with no judgment at all. I have much respect for her, you know who you are young lady. The only complaint I would have is on management. At checkout I was being rushed, knowing that I was disabled, rushing me out and speaking very rudely to me doesn’t get It to be a five star hotel rating. Please it’s time to check ur staff, if it weren’t for her, it would be a 5 STAR *.You know who you are lady with the short hair. A special thanks to the maintenance guy who returned my flat iron. There needs to be more people or staff like you. thank you for your honesty and I believe it will go a long way. You deserve a raise. Blessings to all, keep up the good work. Job well done :)

1) Upon checking in we got in late about 1010pm and their front desk closed at 10pm, which I understand but don’t have an attitude when checking me in. 2) since we were only staying 3 night we didn’t get maid service 3) blood spots in the bathroom 4) one of the wash rags was folded nice and neat with a shoe print of dirt on it 5) tv didn’t work 6) the linoleum floors were filthy with dirt and ghost terds 7) we couldn’t open the blinds bc they were destroyed 8) the pull out bed didn’t have linen on it 9) the deadbolt on the door didn’t work. Bottom line we left after two nights of a three night stay. Will not recommend at all. I’ve stayed in worse but it was a place to lay our heads at night and we were only there for spring training.
