I went to the room . It hasn’t been even cleaned there was wet towels bed sheets meat up the previous who ever was staying the whole trash was full . I never been in disgusting room like this before . I called from the room phone line they don’t answer over and over . I had to drive up and keep calling for customer service no one was there . The customer service boy he can’t even a and he is telling me I had 30 minutes to complain about a room but I was getting my stuff together and I was calling them from room service phone which they didn’t answer. I stayed there for one night during a snow storm. The price was great but the shower / bath was rundown, the room smelled like pot, and they had paper thin walls. I could hear entire conversations in the two adjoining rooms. Also the snow was not plowed even though it snowed the entire night. If the walls were thicker, and the bathroom was just a little nicer, I would not be writing this bad review.

Por precio pues nada que hablar, no es un lugar que consideren pagar nuevamente, pagar un poco mas y sentirse seguro y limpio, necesitabamos estar unas horas mentras salia el vuelo pero ni para eso si eres turista te conviene

It was horrible experience for late check in. We had to stay out in cold with the door to lobby locked, though the guy at the reception can see us, he cant open the door.
There is no drinking water or coffee in the room. There is no room service.
I niether recommend this place to anyone nor I will book evee again.

I arrived at 23.00 and reception was closed at 22.00 so i had to find othet accommodation at extra cost.There was no mention of being closed ay 22.00 in my booking

Suite à l'annulation de mon vol, je réserve par internet et un taxi m'amène de l'aéroport à l'hotel pour 30$. Il est 1h du matin, le lobby est fermé et le taxi m'abandonne en pleine nuit. Après avoir cherché en vain pendant 1/2 heure, un client qui promène ses 2 chiens m'aide et le gardien m'ouvre enfin, visiblement mécontent. 2 autres personnes arrivent et restent à la porte. Je vais finalement dans ma chambre. Pas d'eau froide dans la salle de bain, la climatisation fait voler les rideaux occultants, je ne trouve pas de prise USB pour recharger mon téléphone. They left me outside for over 10 minutes before allowing me in. For an additional $30, you can get better service and breakfast at another hotel. Then when I asked for a car, they did call the regular one, bit one if their own that charges $11 more than the regular price for taxi. Disgusting service these people.
