This hotel is located in a pretty nice area. Additionally, the room is really clean and nice. I wasnt expecting a full frig. I guess i didnt notice that while i was searching online.

Nasty place. Horrible odors. Breakfast is nonexistent. They have roaches. Lots of crackheads staying there. A mistake was made on my end when I booked this stay.

Dealing with the front desk was like pulling teeth. Princess was her name, very dry and wouldn’t look at guest was a weird interaction.
Now the part where I ran out.
Let’s start with the hallways are stained and gross..
The refrigerator in the unit looked junky and smelled awful…
MY BED HAD ROACHES.
ONE CRAWLED INTO MY BELONGINGS!
I recorded this and left the room
“Princess “ didn’t hesitate to refund me. But didn’t give me a receipt, email or say anything.. she just stood there and told me to take a picture of HER screen as proof I’ll get my refund.. uh… ok? she tore my old receipt vs giving it back as paper trail incase I don’t see my money.
Otherwise I’m taking this to FDH and FDAC ASAP

I usually do not write reviews but I HAVE to say something! Upon the initial walk in of the room, I was greeted by an EXTREMELY filthy refrigerator. It was very stained and rusted to which I am surprised they even allowed guest to stay in the room. It should absolutely be switched out. I wouldn’t even dare to open it because who knows what’s inside. The shower had mold all around the base. The floors were sticky. I am so glad that I was only here for one night. I am sure there will be a generic response apologizing for the state of the room but it truly does not help with what was endured. I would not be staying her again when visiting this city.

Blinds didn’t shut all the way. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom glass door would not shut and had to be held manually. Lots of small inconvenient issues.

The place smelt so bad that I almost passed out. The floors, the room, everything was just dirty and nasty. Even the front desk person made me wait for about 15 minutes before checking me in and on top of that they charge $100 incidental. My boyfriend got sick from whatever the smell was. They’re lucky I didn’t sue them. How could anyone stay there?

Roaches in the room. The noise from the other rooms was incredibly loud, given that it was a business trip, it was not the best to rest. I can say I was helped by the front desk when I got there, the gentleman was very helpful. I would say they need to deep clean their common areas.

Rooms are non- smoking but still smell terrible! The carpet is dirty with old stains and smelly. We asked to be changed and they lied that they were all booked. The front desk did come up and spray and he even said it smelled terrible and commented housekeeping should have sprayed. We paid $150 and had the worst experience!

Smells disgusting in the building carpets give off nasty smell and look filthy and they advertise breakfast and never had any breakfast at all.
