I had a problem with the light bulb of refrigerator and top freezer was leaking water into the refrigerator contaminated my food

I had a very upsetting experience during my stay at this hotel. We discovered bed bugs, which led to rashes and discomfort for my family. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. The overall environment around the hotel felt unsafe and poorly managed. There were personal belongings scattered near the entrance, suggesting possible recent disturbances or evictions. It did not create a welcoming or secure atmosphere for guests. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property until major improvements are made in cleanliness, safety, and management practices.

This place is a run down hotel. Bathroom wasn't working and i went to front desk to ask for help worker gave me a plunger. i asked for another room, He gave me another room left and came back went in the room and you can only imagine what i had to deal with next. Save your time and money even with reservations worst Hotel Experience I ever had.

It was ok but for that price? No. I would have even paid a little more for better service and a better room. The front desk was almost never there and whenever I needed them I had to wait over 10 to 15 mins for someone to show up, but when they did, they were helpful. Definitely should not advertise free breakfast...coffee, tea, oatmeal packs, prepackaged muffins and granola bars is a SNACK...Not real breakfast. They were testing the fire alarm 😩😩😩 without warning. Some people and their pets were terrified. They should have put up signs around the property to let everyone know. The room itself was ok...no smart TV in 2025 is egregious and the room smelt like someone smoked in there. I had to go buy cleaning supplies to get rid of the smell. Also, it's advertised as a no smoking facility and employees and others were smoking right outside the front door.😩 I was there 4 days and Hot water in the shower worked...sometimes 😩 Someone's stuff was stolen and the cops were called. Very strange because there are cameras everywhere but something tells me they weren't working. The property only has 3 floors and it was literally quicker to take the stairs than use the elevator. Laundry room was great and convenient but they don't sell any laundry supplies even though they had vending machines😩 Wasn't expecting perfection, but was expecting a little bit better. Small things and upgrades can make this place better.

The bed in the room was a bit small, there was some dust, and the front desk service was slightly slow.

The room was not up to date and some of the stuff was falling apart

The furniture in the room is super old and falling apart, held together by tape. No shams on the bed. Hard mattress, very thin pillows. Very disappointing!

Handicap ppl should NOT stay here! Small luggage cart, no automatic doors, had to show two ids IT HAS NEVER BEEN NECESSARY TO SHOW BOTH OCCUPANTS IDS! No ice , called for batteries for remote they said go get it at lobby..remember we are handicapped! No walkin shower. The hotel smells like Marijuana and it is pretty beat up room So the bed was uncomfortable. Plastic sheet cover for mattress old beat up pillows . No counter on the bathroom sink! Oh the cherry on top of cake staff wss rude had to sign out silverware and i was told to take my garbage to lobby or leave it in room! Boxes outside room was NOT allowed when cleaning ppl wete in the hallway! Again we are handicapped and leaving boxes is a hazard

Average experience, nothing great nothing terrible. Front desk can be a bit slow to getting up there to you, but overall was fine.

My stay went smoothly. There was fortunately not much noise and it was very quiet. Also, I was on the third floor. I am glad that they provide breakfast options but the issue is there are not very many breakfast options and the problem is that there’s no place to sit for breakfast in any area. Another problem is that the hallway smells like chemicals or something but it’s not unhygienic. They need to do a better job at renovation. It is good for the price, but if I would have to come again, I would not.

It was a suite with small kitchen , but things were just working fine

We had two rooms (114, 136), both in similar states of disrepair. Pros: The staff was very friendly. The room and rest of the property was clean. Cons: Much is falling apart, some might be considered unsafe (exposed wiring), and the repairs they are making seem subpar and incredibly cheap. It seems they have replaced the mattresses with camp pads and covered each in thick plastic. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. No utensils available in the room, they have to be requested. Shower rods falling off and the faucet wasn't even attached to the wall. Duct tape is used to repair lights. Every, and I mean every lamp shade was torn or broken. The TV didn't work half the time. We had a short 2 night stay so we lived with this for the duration but we wont be back.

The property smelt like cigarettes. The outside door was always propped open because the key card reader did not work. The walls in the room are yellowing and dirty.

Property was nasty dirty stinky the bed was terrible and the furniture was so outdated it gave dirty

Room was filthy, nothing in room for the small kitchen no blankets and when I requested from front desk they only had one for a 2 bed room. They charged a $50 incidental fee and did not return it. Booked for 2 days left on one and went elsewhere disgusting is an understatement.

The room decor, electronics and lighting need updating. However, the staff were quite friendly and attentive.

Great stay, quiet, kitchen area could have used a little more cleaning, overall Good stay
