Okay place for a night

Walls were super thin because you can hear everything from rooms next door.

Nothing

The first room smelled like dog urine and the hall way was full of pot smoke. So they put us on another floor and although the smell Was Much better - the room was not the cleanest. Hair on the floor from someone’s hair brush, the ice machine had dirt in the ice. It was very disappointing

Staff was over nice and very accommodating. I recommend this hotel.

The smell was horrible and there was still popcorn on floor from whoever was there before me. Quincy at the front desk was great but that was the positive

They advertise a continental breakfast, which is a total joke. Coffee (if you get there early enough), instant oatmeal packets and maybe a tiny muffin or Nutri grain bar if you're lucky. The property is next to a strip club and the area isn't the best, but not the worst. Some of the front desk staff were friendly, but most were not. I had to get a new key almost every time I left the room because they didn't work. The air conditioner broke, and the hallway smelled like a locker room and along with a strong odor of marijuana. The washing machine I used didn't drain and my clothes were stained as a result. The only thing that was semi-nice was that the sheets on my bed were clean, and the bed wasn't awful. There are several hotels close to the area that were similar in price and much nicer. I would avoid this hotel if possible.

A nice place with all the amenities to cook, fridge and microwave as well as a dishwasher for an extended stay . Close to the Mall and many other f&b and retails \ Clean .. good AC .. Big TV .. easy to park

I wish I had done more research before booking this property. I felt very unsafe and the room was not great. The staff were good and friendly though

Great location, perfect for an overnight but…. The room smelled heavily of dog. I have been in pet friendly hotels and they usually have so many rooms used for pets. My niece and nephew were with me and are allergic to animals and sneezed all night! The room was clean just lingering smell made it not so good. Just an idea if someone isn’t traveling with pets keep so many pet free rooms!

There was bugs everywhere

It was cheap but the TV was way too big for the space almost knocked it over. Quite a bit of black mold on the window sills. Convenient for getting to the airport

I booked this as a last minute stay. We were cruising out the next day. We got in our room, the pull out bed had mold on it and stains all over. The shower had rust and patching work that was not completed.

Convenient for the airport.

Front desk staff member/assistant manager was terribly rude, borderline harassing to a guest in front of her young children and other guests. To the assistant manager: when your job is hospitality, be hospitable. Put yourself in the shoes of your guests and treat them how you would like to be treated.

It’s old and poor maintained. But very well conveniently located. A little pricey fir what it is.

There was no breakfast but the property says breakfast is included. The front desk told us that breakfast was served until 930. We never saw it. No bedding for the pullout bed. No lamp by the bed. The room was very dark. I would not recommend
