Near shopping mall, near interstate access & very clean facility! Breakfast was great w/ many items to choose from. Friendly staff & happy to give water bottles @ front desk. Huge TV’s & nice smell. Will return again, no doubt!

The hotel was very clean and staff were very attentive and professional. I would definitely stay again. I picked the hotel because of the reviews and how attentive the staff was to reply to every review even some that were not 5 Stars and apologized for even those stays that were not so pleasant. It's important to pay attention to what others say. Breakfast was good too!

The hotel did not have the room I booked. I booked a king suite with a pull out bed.They only had rooms with king beds. I had to pay for a second room for my son to stay. So we were charged the price of the king suite which they did not have available and another king.

The hotel experience was average overall. Several things stand out to support the 3-star rating. The breakfast was pretty horrible. The omelets and eggs were bad and tasted terrible, and the bacon and sausage were greasy and unhealthy for anyone. The room had door keys from several previous customers, still in the room. The sink water pressure was almost non-existent, the lowest pressure I have ever seen in my life. The one and only laundry washing machine was out of order, and I had to go to Homewood Suites to do my laundry, now that was a nice facility, 10 times nicer than Fairfield, for $160 plus a night, you would think the rooms and hotel would be top notch.

This was a great location for Mardi Gras. We took a 15-20 minute Uber ride and avoided all the traffic and hassles of parking closer to parade route. Staff members were pleasant and helpful.
