Safe place

Had a horrible experience, was awakened by this “room manager” Bertha Torres with two police officers around 8 am with loud banging on my room door, claiming that she keeps getting signals from some smoke alarm in my room, confused at first i let them in to check, I thought it was a safety issue that they needed to check and since there were no smoke I would be able to go back to sleep, to my chock the officers asked me to leave because of this lady despite none of them could confirm nor smell any smoke, I asked to speak to a manager with a better judgment than someone who obviously lacks it terribly, with no response, at this point she left dealing with the officers who explained that they have nothing but I do with this, I didn’t want to give the officers a hard time, so I got my stuff and left to deal with the matter from outside, I didn’t rest at all, broken sleep, left with out a shower in the morning after a snow/sleet storm, felt violated, humiliated, betrayed, defrauded with my time, money and dignity, called corporate waiting to see what comes out of this, other wise I will sue the establishment and press charges on this Bertha Torres who has zero insight nor manors, nor judgement, she broke in to my room without my permission and falsely accusing with something that could be easily checked by anyone else, left the GM a voicemail even went tracking him to inform him, haven’t even heard back from him. It was nice and quiet. Staff was friendly and we liked the room.

Parking lots closed when approaching on Wiseman. Had to make illegal upturn at the light to enter the property. Checkin was slow. Bugs in tub every night. Almost $40 paid to third party for parking. Why not just add 10 to each nite?

Checkin was easy and smooth. Nice room and great breakfast!

We enjoyed the 2 nights. The receptionist gave us a room close to entry way, next door to conference room. That helped me a great deal due to my recent knee replacement surgery. This is a suggestion…a possible addition could be a module with USB ports. Although we always travel with our own charge cords and “bricks,” the only two our room had were the ones behind the TV. We have family in the area and will certainly stay there again. Thanks and have a blessed Christmas!

Ready and easy to get in and out.

The room was clean and comfortable, but don’t stay here! You are charged $8 + $1 service fee + tax for parking. Plenty large parking lot. Should NOT have to pay for parking. Will NEVER stay here again!

The room was small, power outlets on side of bed didn't work, shower curtain was short and water went out into floor, Overall, room was just ok

Room was clean. Close to sea world so very convenient for park visitation. To park at hotel you have to pay per day which I found is a bit nickel and diming the customer. Overall clean and quiet property.

Good location. Property is in need of some upgrades. Little variety for breakfast.

The facility was clean. The lady at check in was very nice. The morning person gave me ice bucket bags for puppy poop.

The mattress needs to be replaced

The room was nice, bathroom clean. The TV wasn’t working, but didn’t complain because someone had unplugged it. The bed was not comfortable to my liking, very soft. The plugs at the lamps did not work, but had plugs in the wall.
