The television didn't work (no cable feed). When I told the hotel front desk the next morning when I checked out, they acted surprised and said they would put in a service ticket. I met up with colleagues at a conference later that day who stayed in the same hotel. Their rooms' televisions didn't work either.

Lobby and desk staff were friendly, helpful, and prompt. The room was somewhat fair, but little things were off: light bulbs burned out, grout dirty, lamps unplugged & lampshades very crooked, areas around the door frames needed vacuumed or painted. We had 2 guests, but 1 washcloth and two towels. There were no extra blankets if we were. chilled. The curtains did not cover the windows so the street light shone all night. There's also two small lights on the smoke detextor that flash bright green every second across from the bed. The breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed and emotional, though things appeared to be reasonably alright. The whirlpool is empty, but the small pool with clean and very comfortably warm. Area around the hotel is safe and there are many restaurants. Its surrounded by office space and retail. Very suburbia.

The pool was the best part of the stay. The water was bath water warm and fabulous!! The room was not so great. It had not been well cleaned/prepared for our visit. For example, I found a whlipped cream cap by the tv, the toilet seat was up (as opposed to having a wrapper around the seat indicating cleanliness) and none of the trash cans had liners. The staff was nice and breakfast was good.

they double charged me for the stay at the hotel eventhough i paid by expedia. terrible experience.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. My husband was disappointed that the gym was not open (being renovated) but the kids were still able to use the pool so that was good. Breakfast was included which was nice with lots of options for everyone. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Hot tub was not working (the teason we picked this hotel). Pool was luke warm, which was fine with us. Room was clean. Breakfast decent.

One of the tv's in our suite didn't work. The rooms are dated . They only had one elevator working. There was a ceiling leaking in front of a room on our floor. There was not enough variety for the breakfast. Despite all those things our room served its purpose for a 1 night stay.

Best sleep of my trip. The key cards stopped working at midnight on New Year's Eve, so staff had to personally unlock doors for every room as needed. Kudos to them for hanging in there. Breakfast was standard free breakfast. Convenient for family we were visiting.

Body wash empty. Low on refreshments was told we would get a discount for retired military/senior or AAA, didnt recieve.

Breakfast has changed from freshly made eggs to prepackaged then heated up. Just one meat now where it was 2 choices also the sweet buns have been eliminated. That be said this might be a result of Covid.

Needs updated and cleanliness was fixed per our complaint.

Stayed here while visiting our son in college. Nice rooms, great breakfast. Would recommend.
