The staff were very friendly and they included breakfast had a good variety.

The breakfast was really good. The room was clean and staff was nice. When we checked in, there was no soup nor hank wash provided. The air conditioner was very loud in the evening. When I adjusted the room temperature from 74 degrees to 72 degrees, it took more than one hour and didn’t reach the temperature and I had to stop it.

Clean. Easy to get anywhere around the lake and to Clemson.

Me and my mom stayed here for my friend’s graduation from Clemson university. We had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean and the staff we very helpful.

Loved that there were choices of restaurants nearby, loved the room and shower and loved that we were given a choice of 1st or 3rd floor.Loved the river view and the river walk.

Its a commute hotel, we were visiting some family who lived near by. So its was a place to sleep for a few days, nothing more nothing less.

The maid service is offered every other day and they day they were supposed to do it, they forgot to make the bed. Its a fine place and for what they charge for the area I'd stay there again. Its a commuter hotel and that's it nothing more.

Stayed here for Clemson’s Parent Weekend. The young man working the night shift was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our stay. The room was extremely small, and the bed was low, hard, and incredibly uncomfortable. By day three, our room still hadn’t been serviced—no clean towels, toilet paper, or soap. When we asked the woman at the front desk why housekeeping hadn’t come, she responded rudely and repeatedly stated that the hotel only services rooms every other day. We had to explain multiple times that it was day three, and our room hadn’t been touched at all. She finally said she’d send someone, as if she were doing us a favor, rather than acknowledging the oversight. When you’re paying over $300 a night, you expect better service than this! After we left, we stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Charleston and paid about the same—but had a way better experience! The staff was amazing, the rooms were nice, and although housekeeping was also scheduled every other day, they actually followed through. We get it—Parent’s Weekend is always crazy busy—but all we were asking for after three days was for our room to be serviced. Not too much to ask.

Overall the stay was decent. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable - it felt worn out and I had a hard time sleeping and woke up with a terrible back ache. The mattresses need to be replaced. The WiFi is also very unreliable - it took me 15 minutes and a trip to the front desk to finally get connected. Safe area and easy parking.

Very nice hotel !

The property was super nice! We had a Beautiful corner room with views of the lake. The staff were very pleasant. Very quiet and roomy. Plenty of breakfast but the coffee was not drinkable. Glad to see a gluten free option for bread as well. We will stay there again for sure!

Great property close to Clemson with larger rooms and a good view of the lake. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast options and fitness room as well.
