1. Bathroom Amenities: There was no hair conditioner provided in the shower, but instead two bottles of shampoo. Additionally, the body lotion appeared to have already been opened and used, which is concerning from a hygiene standpoint.
2. Pillow Quality: There was no option to choose from different types of pillows, and the ones provided were of very poor quality. They lacked support, which made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep.
3. Breakfast Meat Options: The buffet breakfast offered very limited meat options. The only available choice was spicy sausages, which may not suit everyone’s taste.

My mother in law actually had a fall in the bathroom and Alejandra at the Fairfield in the Dalles went out of her way to help us get to her as her room was locked because she threw the latch. Despite that happening we had a pleasant stay there. Just remember to put rubber mats in the handicapped bathrooms. :) Great service!

The hotel and staff were very good. Staff went out of their way to change out my feather pillows and offer extra towels. The breakfast was better than most. It was a little difficult to find, especially after dark. There were no restaurants a walkable distance.

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere yet they seem to find good employees and provide a good experience.
I wish there was at least one decent restaurant in town but there’s nothin (we’ve tried everything!) - but for a place to stay this is a good stop!

It was loud with a dog barking for long periods and you could hear the guests above us. Did not rest well with so much noise. And when I me tioned this to the staff the response was, “sorry”.
