Front desk (Thomas?) was very helpful and knows the area well. Had great dinner recommendations and clearly took pride in his job. Room was comfortable too with a nice view of the pink full moon.

Loved this property! The breakfast was more than what we expected. It was quiet, clean and Kim the hotel manager was amazing. She was so sweet and very accommodating. The rooms were a bit dated but renos are on their way. Shopping was a quick uber drove up the road. Definitely will stay at this location again!

Our room 324 had a stain on the bathtub… really needed to be changed out. The air vent in bathroom needed to be dusted. Otherwise, service at breakfast was very friendly and accommodating. Front desk was pleasant as well. Shopping plaza are very close as well, so if you forgot something, no worries… easy to find all types of stores close by.

Front desk was polite and helpful. Short stay so did not use any of other facilities.

Room was OK, but it took FOREVER to get hot water to the shower. Had to let it run at least 6 minutes before it was warm enough. Happened twice.

Great area and staff was outstanding.

The sheets on the bed were old. Had wear bumps that made sleep uncomfortable.

Clean, Breakfast was decent, Easy Parking, takeaway are Pool was closed as the manager sharply told us a guest ruined it by letting bath run over. We had booked the room for a relaxing swim after a long drive however, that wasn’t stated on the website or by 3rd party. They blame each other and I’m not given any compensation. Bath tub was dirty.

The property was quiet and in an excellent location. However, the property is in need of renovations and upgrades. It was not as clean or up to date as other Fairfield Inn Hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a couple of issues with our stay. The living room TV didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush on its own, and when I tried calling the front desk to report all these issues, I found that the room phone didn’t work.

Tired property. My bed was worn down and soft. Room is not quiet - could hear neighboring rooms as well as outside traffic. Bathtub needs to be reglazed; looks disgustingly dirty. Pool is empty and appears to have construction material in the room. Water shut off at 8:00 am. Had to ask reception what was going on; maintenance had shut it off to do some work - hope it was emergency work otherwise timing is bad. Had to check out and head out for my day without a shower.

The room was comfortable and cozy, clean and in place but the bathroom could have used a little more attention but overall it was good

Checking was 3 minutes and convenient to shopping.
