Everything about the hotel was top notch, from the staff at the front desk to breakfast the following morning. We were very surprised at how nice the room was, especially how comfortable the bed was. All in all, it was a great experience!

Very nice, recently renovated hotel just off I95. The personnel were very helpful, the self parking is easy, the rooms well appointed, and there are good restaurants nearby. A full breakfast is included. Downtown Newburyport is an easy 15 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again.

If you park by the back foot nearest rm 101, trash and cigarette butts, screws in the parking area.
Excellent stay other than that. Very clean, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

I reserve 3-4 rooms for TG each year. Staff is always nice and helpful. This year was placed on first level with noise from kitchen/dining room, gym, and lights from back parking lot. Water pressure and temp was poor. Quality of coffee in cafe was atrocious. We had to pay for bottled water instead of receiving complementary bottle upon check-in.

Front desk worker was so great, friendly and the hotel was cute, decorated for Halloween. The room was meh, kindof dirty feeling as the bathtub had a giant rust stain at the bottom of it that looks like someone tried to use white-out on it.

This hotel was clean but a bit outdated. I booked as a woman traveling alone and was placed on first floor which I don’t like for safety purposes. Was also given handicap room with roll in shower causing water to splash under shower curtain making floor wet and slippery. I would stay there again but would not be my first choice.
