Front desk staff was super friendly and check in took no time at all; spacious and clean room; bed was firm and very comfortable. Next to a freeway and the traffic noise is pretty high but it died down at night.

We only stayed for one night but everything was clean and comfortable. The front desk was extremely helpful and all the employees we met were very friendly. The location was excellent. Easy to get around to everything.

Great place to stay and did not require a 2 night stay like many places in the area. We were there for work. Nice place and location.

I wish I could have regulated the temperature. I tried repeatedly, to no avail. Also another chair would have been good, as there were two of us and one chair.

Room was not ready upon arrival. Cable chord was gone so no tv service. We had to pack up and move to another room. No ironing board or soap in that room. We had to call room service again. Rowdy kids screaming in the halls for an hour.

We came for an overnight to attend a show downtown. Bed comfort for my husband was so-so (we probably should have brought our own pillows). The room was designed for handicapped folks, which we didn't expect. While it would have worked for someone in a wheelchair, taking showers made a real mess on the bathroom floor. I would recommend notifying customers that this is the room they are going to get (we did NOT ask for this but got it anyway and it was too late to make a change. Breakfast food was okay; but can you please get rid of all the plastic and paper waste? We don't like eating with plastic forks and knives and it's terrible for the environment.

The breakfast attendant was either frazzled or purposely unhelpful
The pool should have a policy of 1adult supervision per 4 underage guests (under 18). There were dis regulated and disrespectful teenagers throwing football and basketball in the pool area. They were also playing with the basketball in the breakfast area.
