The employee at the desk was very nice and helpful. We got in quite late and he was able to arrange a place to eat. Overall very pleasant stay. We were there for one night layover. We will stay there again.

The quietness in the room was amazing. Hotel was very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was also a very good selection. We would stay here again if the need rises.

Typical 3 star hotel. Shuttle service is not so clear, but easy once you know. Go to the circle with the skytrain, there are phone there for all hotels, call them, shuttle is there in a few minutes

We had an overnight here before flying home and it was good. The property was modern, clean and well kept. The rooms were the same but a bit on the small side. All in all a good place to stay around JFK. The only down side was the airport shuttle bus driver. The free shuttle was great but the driver was a belligerent pig to put it mildly. Such a shame because all of the other staff were fantastic, but this guy happens to be the first/last person you see on your stay. Anyway I wouldn't judge the Fairfield Inn on that clown.

This hotel was chosen due to close proximity to JFK. The shuttle was just what we needed to ensure smooth and timely arrival. Area was relatively quiet. Check in receptionist was really nice!
