Always love staying here. Had to clean my floor (mop). Stayed here a lot and this is the first time. Worth the money.

Quiet property qnd nice soundside dock with benches and picnic tables. The fridge in our room was warped & door would not close tight. We checked in & the room was covered with water due to a thawed out freezer. The fin n feather app kept dinging us every 5 minutes until so we cut voume off on our phones. Room hasnt been dusted in awhile. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Tv doesn’t work

None of the soap or shampoo dispenses worked. The entire floor felt extremely grimy and even slipped in the bathroom and sprained wrist

This condo has had sever water damage. It has a bad smell, no screens on windows meant we could not air out the unit. Very disappointed.

Clean room, no leaks everything worked. No pests no problems. The highway side of hotel gets a lot of road noise but nothing so bad that we couldn't sleep through.

Our room is a mess , but the other room looks better, the seniors next to us showed me their room.

There were roaches in the room and we had to leave a day early

This place is an absolute dump. I would strongly suggest against anyone staying here. We rented #11 which is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom room upstairs. Upon arrival, the place was filthy! The floors turned our feet black with dirt. There was mold on the shower curtain, the walls and surfaces were dirty, there was hair everywhere, and the icing on the cake was that one of the beds was clearly slept in and the sheets had not been changed. The first night my friend and I slept together in the one clean bed and cleaned all the surfaces as good as we could with Lysol wipes. The next day I contacted the company, Kees Vacation, and provided photos of the state of the rental. They asked me if I wanted housekeeping to come out and do a "reclean", which would be impossible since it was never cleaned to begin with! They were extremely unhelpful...I asked for a partial refund if I were to check out and they told me absolutely not. We ended up leaving and paying for a second rental the first day anyway because it was just filthy and disgusting. I'm very disappointed in the state of the rental AND the fact that Kees refused a partial refund. I didn't even ask for a full refund which is honestly what I deserved given the state of this dump.

When we entered the room it was dirty. We had to broom it to make it clean. Also the TV wasn't working and several outlets weren't working either. We placed a request in the evening and after several reminders it was fixed the next day in the afternoon. We were only given 4 towels even though we were staying at the property for 3 nights. We asked for extra towels as we had to use 1 of the towel near the refrigerator as it was leaking. First we were told we'll get them the next morning but after several reminders and assurances the person told me over text that the linen truck wasn't coming into the town and we won't get it that day. Luckily we saw a truck pulling in the evening and a lady gave us the towels but the customer service and communication was terrible. Finally a day before check out we saw 2 cockroaches in the room. All in all it was a terrible experience in terms of cleanliness, customer service and communication.

I know it’s temporary but there’s construction on one side with uncut grass and I came in my room and found a tic on me. Other than that the place is great and plan on staying again.

Remote for tv did not work. Door knobs front and back were not secured. Floors had not been vacuumed. Shower gel almost out. Window blinds did not go all the way down and the wand was broken. Only plus was it was on the water.

Quick easy check in, room was clean, t.v. and all appliances worked and were in good shape. Room was clean and functional as shown. I would stay here again for sure! Even got to fish a little out back in the sound.
