Honestly, the hotel is a bit rundown, our bed was very comfortable & clean I will give it that for sure but we found two roaches in the room, the floor was dirty & we didn’t have any room service any of the 5 days / 4 nights we stayed..

It was a very quiet area. The gate to get into the property was broken, and around two to three a.m. received a knock on the door from a random person looking for a John and/or Jason, which there was none of in the room. I’ve stayed here before, and I’ve never had that issue, but assuming with the gate being broken allowed non-guests to enter, which is not okay.

Checking in went okay once we got settled in we tried watching tv and it did not connect to the service. Then the pool was not the cleanest and the jacuzzi was not working at all. My husband went to go ask about the jacuzzi and the only nice thing they did was let us know we could use the pool next door, their sister property. It was soo much better. My husband asked if we could be switched since we were on our honeymoon and they offered with an additional $150 fee. I said we could just walk over. Now the bed definitely needs to be replaced it was caved in on one side. I would recommend to book elsewhere

This place was just what I needed, and it didn't break the bank. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was up against the management office and restroom. Door were slamming all night. Tough sleep to say the least. Place was nice just maybe that room was not the place to be.

I want to start by saying this is a cute property with tons of potential. The staff was kind and responsive—when I reported a clogged bathroom sink, it was addressed promptly, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues that made the stay less enjoyable. The towels had visible bleach stains, and I had to specifically request a washcloth and hand towel, which should have been standard. Housekeeping is only available upon request, and despite asking for service on Sunday, it never happened. The hot tub and ice machine were both out of order. The sectional by the pool had peeling paint, and the koi pond was so overgrown with algae that the fish were barely visible. In my room, there was a noticeable 4x4 hole in the shower ceiling that clearly needed repair. I chose a queen bed room since I was traveling solo, but the view was disappointing—just a neighboring building that looked directly into the office. Throughout the day and into the evening, I could hear the office door opening and closing, which was disruptive. Lastly, the contactless check-in didn’t work for me, which added unnecessary hassle at the beginning of the stay. While I see the charm and potential of this property, I was left disappointed, especially given the fees paid. With some attention to maintenance and consistency in service, this place could be a real gem.

Good place to stay. Excellent service if needed. Clear instructions provided and staff is very responsive. If you are planning to stay here when on a business visit, know that the WiFI is extremely bad.

a bit dumpy but you can see the effort they're putting in to try to make it cute. what I expected from pictures. very comfy bed. zero noise insulation - pool is 24/7 so if folks are out there partying at 2am (they were) you will hear it. room door has glass with blinds - why?? even with blinds closed it still lets a lot of light into the room. shower head was wild spraying water everywhere and no pressure, super annoying, impossible to get shampoo out. front desk person was nice.

The room was clean immaaculatlyand it felt homely.

Very dated property that appears better online than it does in person. From water on the floor at entry to the cigarette smoke that lingers throughout the room. The checkin process seems to rely too much on old Covid protocols that make me inclined to book a chain hotel next time I’m in the area. The checkin process alone requires guests to take selfies with their identification cards to prevent “mischief” that contradicts the policies of neighboring boutiques and hotels. No room service or amenities. Unfortunately would not stay here again until serious improvements are made.

The property was very nice and quit. The pool table was not on any condition to play on which was kind of disappointed. The pool was heated so that was nice. The only other thing i would have to complain about was there was only one wine glass and the one wine glass was plastic and all scratched up. Very disappointing. Over all the place was nice, nothing fancy at all just comfortable which was perfect for us.

Did everything online field out the registration paper work received a gate and code for the room which was very nice. Very comfortable place. No regrets at all:

Very nice older property very well maintained and decorated nestled in a quiet area

It was quiet and clean. The room was decent but the heater didn't work. We had to call and have someone come fix it. They said this one doesn't work so they brought us a portable heater that worked. Not sure why they didn't just replace the unit if they knew it didn’t work or had it foxrd prior to renting it out. Part of the shower was also broken, not terribly inconvenient but would be nice if everything was in working condition. Part of the blinds were broken which was concerning because if you didn't know better, someone could have easily spied on you from the back of the hotel as it looked straight onto the bed so I hung toilet paper over it so no one could see in. The hotel was decent, the room was decent but for the price it wasn't really worth it. It shouldn't be more than 125.00 a night unless everything was in working condition and then maybe I could see the room being more but definitely not worth more than 125 a night in it's current state.

Not the best hotel we have stayed at. We were put in a cell of a room with no outdoor window (small window to hall where someone kept smoking outside it) Got charged a $35 “Resort Fee”overtop of room charge and tax. Rip off. For the price and amenities. ( no breakfast) not good value

Great property very much enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great except the way you have to Check-in. They want you to Check-in with your phone. Give them another credit card after. You've already paid with a credit card and there's no one there to check you in. There's no desk. There's no nothing if I didn't catch the employee working walking in the parking lot. I would have never got in once you get in. It's amazing, clean, nice pool. Friendly staff.
