Floridian Express Hotel

guy at the front was nice enough, but everything else was terrible. toilet didn’t flush— had to fill up an old subway cup from the sink multiple times just to get enough water to get it to go down once. my curtains were nailed to the wall for some reason so i couldn’t open them to see outside or let any light in. worst of all, my airpods went missing from my room! i got ready in the bathroom, tossed them on the charger by the bed before leaving for the day. got back around 8 hours later, airpods gone but charger still there. asked about it at front desk and they claimed they had no idea. sure.

The room had a weird smell, it just felt dirty I booked 2 nights but couldn’t spend more than one night, the shower was deplorable I wouldn’t recommend to even my worst enemy. Overall it was really run down

When I get there 1/10/2025 They gave me a room 1114 without hot water, toilet do not flush, the door you have to slam it to close it I have to cross to the Walgreens to use the bathroom and in the morning use the bathroom lobby, I tell the front desk my situation and they told they couldn’t accommodate me and my wife in other room, thank god we only stayed there for 2 days. Worst Hotel ever.

The hotel was undergoing reservations but upon calling the staff said renovation would be completed before my stay , that did bot happen there was no pool, laundry or dining amenities available. I booked an 11 night stay so laundry services at least was needed. I am not sure what the policy is but my entire stay housekeeping never came to my room, even after I placed the dirty towels which we only used to stand on outside of the shower in the corridor right outside of the room they never replenished so I ended up purchasing a cheap bath mat on my own. We walked around the room in socks and the bottom got really dirty as though the floors had not been cleaned in a while, and in walking the hallway there was a blue and pink capsule on the floor for at least 8 days that I was there. I went to the front desk for the basic bathroom amenities i.e. toilet paper which they only supplied one at a time. They informed no extra pillows are alloted to rooms. There was no night latch on the door just a flimsy lock so we would stockpile all the suitcases at the door every night. I live outside of the USA and roaming can get very expensive so free wifi at a hotel is expected even if its in the hidden fees but for almost 3 days the hotel was without wifi so in between roaming and racking up charges I would have to walk in front of restaurants to connect to their wifi. To top it off the bathrooms stopped flushing on the last day there. This was the epitome of the hotel from hell.

The bedroom was decent but the tv had no remote and WiFi did not work on any of my devices. The room was clean and smelled ok but the bathroom was the worst I’ve ever seen before

This has to be the worst place I have ever stayed at. It might not seem like it by the pictures but once you are there, the entire place is trash. The rooms are gross and falling apart. The pool is under construction. No phone in the room and had to walk to the front desk to ask for things. They don't have shuttle service and food. They have nothing really. Please don't book here. This place is garbage.

Roaches throughout the room No towels available Beds outdated and squeaky

This place should be condemned. Room is filthy, roaches everywhere, not to mention it isn't up to code. There was no smoke detector on the wall, the plugged in lamp by the bed had exposed wires and they couldn't even be bothered to hang the curtains up completely. You couldn't pay ME enough money to stay here again.

The hotel was disgusting and full of black mold. The entire property was under construction and the smells of paint thinner and chemicalsfumes in the indoor halls were so strong that it made us lightheaded just trying to get to our room.

I understood it was being renovated but in my opinion it’s not suitable for booking at this time. The walls and tub in the bathroom were very damaged. There were roaches everywhere on the furniture and some in the walls. The air conditioner stunk when turned on and the room itself had an awful smell. I waited 20 min to get checked in with no apology for the wait time. Not worth the price! It was terrible!!!

Fourth stay at this hotel. Definitely my Orlando home. Love the staff, the service, the location. Simple and affordable but everything you need! Love it for EDC Orlando! Staff accommodated my best friend and I as we wished and made us feel at home. The manager is a beautiful woman who is helpful and her staff are well trained. They will see me again soon

The hotel was under renovations which was not advertised on the website. The room Head molding coming off the walls. We were in our room and somebody else used it there key to get in our room and it unlocked the door. And due to the renovations the pool was closed And so was the continental breakfast. The room I stayed in the shower. Bar was not attached to the wall. And I got one towel. Then I had an unexpected family emergency. And I had paid for the whole week and only been there one night. And they refuse to give me a refund. I would not recommend this hotel

Estan en remodelacion no tienen picina ni laundry abierto Hice la reservacion para 3 y solo había una toalla encontre una pequeña cucaracha El cuarto tenia buen olor pero los pasillos huelen a sigarro solo lo recomiendo si vas una sola noche a dormir y solo porque es barato

The hotel has a very good location but the cleanliness is poor. The room was only cleaned once in a 6 night stay. There were cockroaches in the room. The pool was not available and there was no breakfast. They only had coffee in the lobby but it was not always available. I had visited the hotel in previous years but found it to be in disrepair.
