Room 1002. sit down on that toilet & describe the shooting pain caused by the arbitrary placement of the Toilet Paper Dispenser. How dumb is it? Also your showers, probably everyone's showers are slippery. Why don't you supply non-slip shower mat?

Beautiful hotel and room. The view is lacking (literally looks over the highway). The area around the hotel didn't seem to have much (I saw a convenience store up the road).
The on-site restaurant had great food and decent service (they had a private event the night I was there but still accomodated me at the bar which was nice). Breakfast at the Tavern area was just $18 for a buffet bar (eggs, bacon, sausage, breads + make your own waffles). The waittresses were very attentive.
I wish it was closer to the train system (was a 15-20 minute walk or I could take a couple of buses) so I used Uber primarily to get to my desired destinations in Cambridge.

For a one night stay, it was all really great. The bathroom amenities was fantastic. Big TV that we used for an hour or so since we were busy. Our room was over an overpass, which was different...but there was no issue with noise. Definitely would stay here again.

I liked some of the restaurants around it and the bus stop near the hotel was convenient.
However, it was not family friendly. It didn’t have a laundry facility, didn’t have a microwave in the room, and it got so dusty in the room.
If you are staying for a couple of days on business, maybe it’s a fine hotel.

The room was rather dirty, with dirt/mud up the walls, there was hair in multiple spots in the bathroom, the tissue box had all the tissues pulled out and crumpled back in and we were given towels with stains; not to mention we stayed on the only floor that was without a water & ice machine. I personally don’t find myself wanting to stay here again.

The hotel was not very clean and the air conditioning was useless. If you closed your eyes in the room the metal image that would appear is standing on the sun . Crew was not friendly and offered no assistance with anything throughout the stay

The hotel is above the Mass Pike and noise of the traffic is horrific I did not sleep the entire night. Riding in the elevator with other guests who echoed a sleepless night.

We were in a room right next to the elevator and as I laundry room that had a broken door so it was quite a noisy stay. The windows in the room were filthy so you couldn’t look out. The beds had three sheet-like blankets on them and not actual blankets and the sheets themselves were crusty and uncomfortable. Felt like sleeping with sandpaper. The bathroom was tiny with an odd layout and an oversized toilet getting in the way of everything. I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
