Gary and Natalie were kind helpful knew what they should as I know I use to work at a hotel for 10 years and I have to say those two were Amazing and whoever cleaned the room on June 19th 2025 was also Amazing thank you all for the hard work keep it up I’ll be back 😎🙂💕

The person that checked us in which was a woman just didn’t get her name. The gentleman that checked us out was wonderful. Very friendly, polite and professional. My family and I will definitely come back for a personal trip this time.

Although they were trying to add newer furniture and such the bathroom door did not close and the shower was a poop set up. Most of all the need to upgrade their linens they mattress pad an sheets were of poor quality and made for uncomfortable sleeping.

For $311 this room does not meet the standard. Everything is caulked shut. Can’t open windows. The pictures didn’t even come close to what the room looked like. The TV’s are off center and unadjustable to ALL seating and sleeping areas. The shower head was awful. Paint cracking everywhere. Water pockets from moisture in ceiling. Wall paper splitting and pulling apart. Just over all janky in comparison to price. I wouldn’t even pay standard price for this room.

This 4 Points Sheridan has been under renovations everytime I stay here. It never gets any better and the restaurant is closed, and the bar suffers from mechanical problems. I am staying elsewhere.

Very tired property. Old mattress where you roll to the middle. Box spring in bad shape. Paint peeling on the bathroom door. One bottle of water for two people. Two creamers. Minimal decorating with ugly brown paint.

Solo traveler, the room was super small and not like the pictures. Basically only enough room for the bed, chair and small space by the window. The price was decent though so I gave it a try.

We actually just went to the hotel to swim for my daughter’s birthday, and the pool was terrible. It was salty and cold, and dirty. The hot tub was not hot at all, it was pool temperature and it was also brown, the pool area was dirty I didn’t get in at all we only stayed two hours. However the front desk host gave my daughter in law a free pizza bc she didn’t bring enough money to the vending machine that was very sweet and he was very nice , they also found a towel she left at the pool and brought it to her, so the service was above and beyond.
