The check in staff was friendly and accommodating also room was clean. My only issue was I had trouble operating the air conditioning but got it to work after a while. Overall a great place to stay i highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at the Sheraton Fort Lauderdale. The staff, especially at the front desk, were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the overall atmosphere of the property. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Room I booked wasn’t available so I had to get the next best thing staff who checked was a supervisor and was super nice and tried her absolute best to help with free breakfast and parking but it still was a downer
