Good location. Close to subway and easy to navigate for visitors to the city. Rooms are decent size for NYC. Walking distance to Greenwich and Washington Square Park. Our bathroom had some mold on the toilet, but nothing over the top. Would definitely stay again

The service was top notch and what I appreciate most. Whenever we needed something their response was very quick. We requested extra blankets and they were delivered immediately. The room and beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located near two subway stops.

The staff were great when we arrived. Very helpful and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable! It was so close to the subway! Loved that too. It was a great hotel and our stay for 2 nights was unbeatable for the price as well.

I left something in my room after check out and called the desk. I asked a question about the item I left. The receptionist told me she would contact housekeeping and call me back but she did not call me back. Poor follow through with customer service. The room itself was comfortable and I appreciate the toiletries provided in the bathroom.

Great location, close to shopping, subway and the pier. Hotel was quiet and clean, great room service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that we didn’t know until we arrived that the hotel was undergoing renovations and the restaurant and bar were not open.
