I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Midtown-Times Square and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is unbeatable—just steps from Times Square, Penn Station, and plenty of dining and entertainment options. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the warm welcome after a long day of travel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials for a good night’s rest.
That said, the building itself is showing its age and could benefit from some updates. While everything was functional, a renovation would really elevate the guest experience and bring the property in line with the modern standards of the Sheraton brand.
Still, for the price and location, it’s a solid choice—especially if you value great service and easy access to the heart of Manhattan.

We visited NY for our daughter's 16th birthday. It was the first for all of us. The staff was nice and our housekeeper, breakfast attendants, and the bartender were exceptional. At breakfast, they were patient with my daughter being daef and the bartender kept us entertained. I wish I could remember there names! But the air conditioning could be a little colder! The down side to the visit had nothing to do with the hotel stay. You all did great!
