It's a great location for both skiing and apres ski. Cabin Juice is a good onsite restaurant option. But the whole place needs a kick up the ass. We stayed five nights and received just one day of housekeeping. The other days, no one bothered to come by. When you sit in the communal areas outside the restaurant and downstairs at the coffee bar you can see dust, hair and dirt on the window sills. It's a property that commands a premium price, but doesn't feel that premium when you're in it. It needs a deep clean and more staff. It felt like a skeleton crew was running the place.

We did not get the King room type we booked because the hotel was oversold so instead we got bunk bed rooms.
Overall we felt the accommodations were very austere and not worth the price we paid for over $600 per night.
Also our room was right next to the main hallway so there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway starting at 6am which woke us up and we could not go back to sleep.

$40 per day parking seems high if already paying to stay at hotel. I realize that space is limited. Secondly, the room needs more storage are for clothing, instead of living out of a suitcase.
Staff was always friendly and the hotel was never dirty.

We have stayed at several Gravity Haus properties in several locations, including twice at Breckenridge. This stay was extremely disappointing. The facilities are run down, with the heat not working in common areas and water main breaking so the restaurants were closed. Instead of making accommodations, the front desk staff made excuses. We literally had to find another hotel mid-stay.
